I was extremely impressed with AIS. From the initial quote with co-owner Ben to the enjoyable, friendly and talented installers to John's absolute attention to ensuring the best customer service. I recall him asking me multiple times through the process "Are you happy? Is there more we could do?" This company is family-owned and -run, and that charming fact creates a unique experience that I truly enjoyed.

The owner, Ben, came out as scheduled and took detailed measurements for a new frameless shower door. We received the detailed estimate shortly thereafter.
Their price wasn't the lowest or the highest, but we chose them for a couple reasons. First, they were very professional and responsive. They replied to any questions very quickly. Next, they had a fair price. Also, they required no down payment or deposit, saying that we would pay after the job was done and we were totally satisfied.
Once we decided to go with AIS, they ordered the door and gave us an installation date. On the install date, a two man crew came out with the door, hardware, etc.  They were very meticulous and detailed and the installation was completed within a couple hours.  So far, we've encountered no problems and are very satisfied with the final product. Outstanding quality.

AT THEIR ESTIMATE, I KNEW I WOULD WORK WITH AIS AS THEY IDENTIFIED A POTENTIAL INSTALLATION AND USAGE ISSUE. TWO PRIOR VENDOR ESTIMATES DID NOT EVEN IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM AND HAD I ORDERED A COMPLETELY FRAMELESS DOOR FROM EITHER OF THEM, THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN PROBLEMS. AIS DREW UP THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS AND IT TOOK ONLY TWO WEEKS TO HAVE A NEW DOOR. LOOKS GREAT AND THEIR PRICE WAS @ $100 LESS THAN OTHER TWO VENDORS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Every time I take a shower,  water leaks everywhere unless I remember to put a towel down and then the towel is soaked.  They came out twice, but they said there's nothing else they can do unless I purchased another door.  They're the one's that advised me to put the door that way (I wanted the door the other way).  I got three prices and they were right in the middle.  I should have just went with the cheaper one, because they advised me to put the door by the window, and my husband did too.  I guess you live and learn (professionals don't always know everything).  I have a good looking shower that does not function. So, what's the use? I had a cheaper door before, and it was much better than what I'm going through now.  I know I'll have to pay and fix it correctly, but I can't afford it right now, because I wouldn't call them to fix it, because they have been paid. I would really rate them a "D" but they were nice and punctual about the situation, but they took no responsibility for my problem.

All went well. Installers were highly professional  Mr Grieco explained everything and we are more than satisfied with the results and would call AIS again when we are ready to do our other bathroom. The job was completed on 9/25/2013

This was a great experience from the start.  I called and spoke to the owner who went into great detail explaining shower doors, their quality, and fittings.  He set up an appointment to come out and measure.  His son showed up exactly on time and was polite and professional.  They gave me a time frame for the doors arrival and beat it by a day.  It was installed quickly and the job was done right.  It is a beautiful door and fits perfect!  I would highly recommend this company for their customer service, quality, promptness, and price.  I shopped around and no one could beat their pricing.

Ben came on time, measured for the new glass told us how long to get the glass and install. Installation went smooth the over sized door fits perfect and closes like a dream, we love the look and function. They installed with no mess on the date they told us and even left us extre door sweeps for if ours gets dirty. Great experience. Very nice and competent workers they are clean and efficient, very good at their job.

I called AIS for an estimate which was scheduled on that call for the next day.  Ben, the owner, came to our house, measured for the new door and showed me the various types of glass, metal, etc.  He also explained the entire process in a very professional manner.  That evening, I recieved an email with a very professional estimate attached, I responded that we wanted to move forward and the custom door was ordered to be built.
About a week later

 I received a call to schedule an installation.  The installers arrived on time, but it was discovered that I needed to have some minor tile work performed before the door could be installed.  I arranged for the tile work to be completed and called to schedule installation.  They were abot to give me an installation slot on the next day.  The installers arrived on time and installed the door, which look great.  They cleaned up the area so that no one would ever know they had been there.
Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would recommend AIS to anyone needing professional shower door service.

Highly professional in measuring and installing.  Were recommended by local high-end plumbing supply distributor.  First class all the way.

He was very punctual as well. Without reservation I would recommend them highly.
