I received a call shortly after submitting my inquiry on Angi. However I had already scheduled with another contractor thru Angi, moments before. He understood and wished me well. However, the first Angie contractor called half hour before the agreed upon scheduled time and canceled. Therefore I called Air Pro Bros back and James agreed to arrive same day. Once he arrived he addressed my concerns and ensured the job was handled professionally. Once completed he shared pictures, before and after. Fantastic contractor, for my first here, in Tampa area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Customer service from James was so great! He called me immediately and thoroughly explained the process and cost during initial contact. After the job was completed, he showed me before and after pictures, which were also promptly emailed to me. I can't say enough good things about James. He's a real asset to this business!
