Armando and his team did an excellent job re-roofing our roof. We moved to Florida from the Seattle area and, back in Seattle, we had planned on re-roofing our home there. So we had already obtained several estimates back in Seattle and we knew which roofing materials we wanted on our Florida home. Although the materials we wanted to use were not the standard materials A3 uses, they still obtained those materials and did an outstanding job from A to Z. A3's estimate was very competitive and Armando took the time to explain everything to us. Communication was timely and complete. If I had a complicated question, he called me. If it was a simple question, he answered quickly. I really appreciated that. His team started on time and finished quickly. They cleaned up everything, even blowing all small bits of roofing material off my pool enclosure. I would highly recommend A3 again.

Professional, easy to work with.  Armando took the time to explain the various options for underlay and shingle materials and quoted us the various price differentials to choose from.  He kept us updated on progress.  His team were great and worked diligently, despite the scorching hot weather, and the job was done in the time projected.  They tidied up and picked up any debris before leaving at the end of each day, and did a full clean up  when the project was complete.

Perfect - Armando and his team were here when they said they would be and cleaned up after themselves. It was like a roof fairy came to visit and left a pretty new roof for us.

It's a pleasure to recommend Armando and A3 Roofing.  They did a positively awesome job on our roof.  Armando answered the phone when I called, arranged to come give us an estimate, gave it to us before leaving.  Once we made the decision to go with A3, he came back got paperwork signed, took deposit and arranged for roof to be installed within days.  Old roof off in one day and new one on the next, trash container picked up, no mess or nails left behind, inspection done, pictures taken via drone, and Wind Mit report provided.  Excellent professional service and work left very happy customers.

The job that Armando and his crew did was absolutely amazing. I would give them ten stars if I could. The work ethic this entire company has is beyond reproach. They worked so hard in weather conditions that were not at all comfortable to be on a roof in. I never saw any of them even take a break until they were finished for the day. Armando went the extra mile and then some to give us what he promised and to do the best possible job that anyone could on our three buildings, plus an overhang over the deck. We could not be happier. I would highly recommend this company and know you would not be disappointed in any way. I don't believe there is any other roofer in Lakeland that gives you a roof that is up to Miami's hurricane codes as he does. His proposal and paperwork was top notch, and his visual demonstration to show you all your options was very informative. We signed a contract to have the roof replaced on a Friday, and they had it completed by the next Wednesday.

Even on the hottest days of the year, the crew was focused on getting it done.
