They were knowledgeable and explained well. Good communication and worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely can tell the difference in air quality.

I would recommend Ken to anyone. His knowledge was impressive & made feel comfortable with the work he was about to perform. Both service men were very professional & efficient.

Ken showed up for our appointment wearing a health mask and gloves because of covid-19. After evaluating our duct work it was going to be difficult. Our main duct vent was fibreglass. We also discussed an Air Purification System with an ultraviolet light. Because we are concerned about air quality in our home I asked him to install one. Ken displayed a high degree of professionalism. Felt he did an outstanding job. I would recommend his company to anyone.

A/C duct cleaning

Ken called before he came and got here on time. He was alone as he said his helper was not to be there today. He worked hard. Explained everything about my AC unit inside, air ducts and advised of things I could make it better and also what things my regular service checks should look for. He opened and cleaned the entire ac unit of ducts, sucked out, did each register, cleaned those outside and sucked and cleaned out with a roto brush while sucking. Put all back together. Little mess. I just swept floors and vacuumed a bit. His units to decrease mold installed are so much cheaper than any others! This guy is great and busy. Only Takes checks or cash, but only $199.00 for unlimited ducts /one unit. He works hard and alone took 3 hours! Good work. Sanitize also! House is clean! Thank you ! Telling my Neighbors!

Ken was very professional throughout, always returning my calls ahead of time, and calling ahead of his visit. Once there, Ken got to work and did a fantastic job. The dryer works like new now. Ken was on time, the consummate gentleman, and left the work site as he found it, nice and clean. Kudos on a job well done!

Ken is a great guy and does a great job?

Ken did a superb job in transforming our AC unit. Previously, I have had 4 technicians service my unit from another company, and he is the first to really spend significant time inspecting the unit. He was able to to detect issues and promptly provide appropriate solutions in spite of the amount of work involved. What I love the most is that he does not cut corners. With his integrity to the craft and to providing a service, he does not stop until the work is exceptionally done. He is meticulous, thorough, diligent, with exceptional expertise. I just wish that I could find people like him with that kind of integrity and dedication to producing great work in other service areas.

I purchased a Deal, spoke with Ken, the owner, and he was flexible about my schedule changes (due to the tile job taking longer). Since a crew was running behind, he came himself to do the work late in the afternoon knowing that I needed the vent cleaning that day before we moved in. Ken did an amazingly through job of cleaning and disinfecting, and shared his knowledge about HVAC systems and duct routing the whole time. He analyzed our system capacity, checked the duct routing in the attic, and gave us options for improving our HVAC system in future when the existing equipment is ready for replacement. So not just a simple service - an informed future strategy! Can't say enough about how impressed we were with A Breath of Fresh Aire, we will definitely use their services again.

It went excellent they came out to clean my air ducts and found that I was having an air flow issues so they adjusted my ducts cleaned my vents my machine is running better than it ever has they were prompt courteous and professional would highly recommend

We purchased a special for air duct cleaning for our new home. They came and cleaned all ducts and were professional. My criticism for quality has more to do with the fact they scratched up newly painted walls and baseboards with the vacuum and hosing. That may be something that is unavoidable, but I certainly did not expect it. They seemed to do a thorough job, but as I've never had this service before, I'm not able to truly rate.

It went really well. We gladly paid about an extra in order to address a major mold outbreak we had through our entire air ducts. After a thorough cleaning, they even installed a UV light to prevent the mold from re-occurring. Given that we have a really old A/C unit that's on its last legs, it was really needed.

Each vent was removed and each duct was cleaned. For an additional fee a sanitizer was sprayed into my ducts. They did a good job.
