A & R Environmental

Did not finish the work.Anthony told me he would return to finish the work and I paid him the full amount, my mistake he never returned . I called him 5 times and each time he tells me he will be their on a certain day but never shows up . This is the most aggravating transaction I have ever been evolved in . This man does not stand by his word .

Arrived as scheduled. Exceeded expectations. Crew was very professional. Cleared all debris. Will definitely hire again. Recommended to friends and neighbor. I should have taken photos prior to service.

Anthony from A & R Environmental met me as he was in the area to talk to me about a tree trimming project in our yard. He walked through exactly what he would do, trees he would trim, what he would be trimming, and the cleanup part of the project. I was impressed, so I agreed to use A & R's services.  It was a large project, trimming two large oaks in the front, major work on an oak on the side of the house and miscellaneous trimming around the yard.  

They started the project the next day.  By noon I was already very impressed.  All of the crew was professional and courteous.  The co-owner of the business, Rezaur, was on-site almost the whole time.  There were some pretty large branches trimmed from the tree on the side of the house. The showed a ton of skill, experience and care as they roped the branches to prevent any damage from falling limbs.  There were no incidents.

They finished the job on the second day.  The cleanup was very impressive.  They hauled all of the limbs and branches; you can hardly tell they were ever here, EXCEPT for the top-notch trimming job they did on the trees.

I would certainly recommend A & R Environmental to others.  In fact, as they were here, my neighbor hired them for some tree-trimming work on his property.  They did a fabulous job there too.  

I would definitely recommend A & R Envronmental to others, and would use them again in the future.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Anthony solicited me in my neighborhood to clean up my front yard tree. I contacted him too trim it and one branch of another tree in my backyard. He was initially punctual and did a nice job on my trees. There were branches left behind in the backyard but my husband was able to dispose of them. Since the trees looked good I hired him to do work at another of my houses. He was to trim 6 trees and dispose of small branches leaving the larger pieces off wood for me. The work was performed and I paid in cash for the job. Anthony was to email me a receipt. This work was performed in November. I have since spoken with him and a team member several times because I still have NO receipt, and ALL of the cuttings were left at the property. I found his team in my neighborhood in December and asked them to pick up the dropped branches, and they picked up the front yard but not the back yard, where there is a large pile. After several messages, and no returned phone calls, and it is mid-January, I can only discern that he has no intention of returning my calls, cleaning up his mess, or providing me a receipt. I am terribly angry, and will NEVER do business with this company again. BUYER BEWARE!

CONSUMERS PLEASE NOTE:
BACK IN JUNE 2015, ONE OF A&R ENVIRONMENTAL LLC'S EMPLOYEES/SUBCONTRACTORS SEVERELY DAMAGED OUR GATED COMMUNITY'S ENTRY ACCESS CONTROL PANEL WITH A TRAILER WHILE ATTEMPTING TO ENTER THE DEVELOPMENT. THE LAKES OF WELLINGTON IS SAFEGUARDED BY SEVERAL HIGH DEFINITION CAMERAS AND CAPTURED THE DAMAGE AS IT OCCURRED. 
THE COMPANY'S REPRESENTATIVE IMMEDIATELY LEFT THE AREA, ONLY TO RETURN A SHORT WHILE LATER WHERE HE WAS CONFRONTED BY ONE OF THE HOA BOARD MEMBERS. 
AT THAT TIME, HE ADMITTED TO BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGES AND PROVIDED A BUSINESS CARD FOR ONE OF THE COMPANY'S PRINCIPALS.
UPON CONTACTING THE PRINCIPAL AND ADVISING HIM THAT WE HAD CLEAR VIDEO FOOTAGE OF HIS  EMPLOYEES/SUBS CAUSING THE DAMAGE, HE CONFIRMED THAT HIS COMPANY WAS INSURED AND ASKED THAT WE SEND HIM AN INVOICE FOR THE DAMAGES.
IT IS NOW JANUARY 2016 AND WE HAVE RECEIVED NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION FROM A&R ENVIRONMENTAL, LLC OR ITS PRINCIPALS. 
WE HAVE ALSO SENT A REQUEST FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM OUR ATTORNEY WITH NO RESPONSE.
IT IS OUR INTENT TO PURSUE FURTHER LEGAL ACTION TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES TO OUR COMMUNITY CAUSED BY THIS COMPANY.
