They've always done a good job on the gutters, less so on the windows. I asked for an estimate on just the gutters a couple of weeks ago, I didn't want them to do the windows. They sent me an invoice for $110. It was $10 more than past times, but no big deal - prices go up over time. They also sent me an estimate to pressure clean the sidewalk and driveway; it was too much so I told them I didn't want it. When the tech came to do the gutters, his invoice said $150; I questioned that and he said it's the minimum they can charge to come to a job site (note, they were already there). I told them that was a 50% increase over the past and $40 more than their invoice said - it said nothing about a minimum fee. He called the office and they didn't change. I told the tech, thanks but no thanks and they left. I called the office and explained my predicament - as I said to them, they lost a faithful customer over a $40 overcharge, and now I have to find someone else. I never heard back from the owner. Really nice, good people but I don't understand their business practices.

"Hi Mr. [Member Name Removed], You have used us for gutter cleaning and for cleaning some of your windows yearly since 2012. Each time we charged you $100 for cleaning your gutters and $126 for about 21 of your windows. This time when you called you told us that your didn't need any windows cleaned. At that time you were informed that we have a minimum service charge for any service of $150.00. You then said you might add some pressure washing that would cover the minimum and we could then charge $100.00 for the gutters since the minimum charge would be easily covered by the pressure washing charges. I priced your driveway and the sidewalk along the street. At the time of the service you chose not to do the pressure washing and only wanted your gutters cleaned which caused us to have to charge the minimum of $150.00. I am sorry you are unhappy but I'm not sure why as our minimum charge was explained at the time you scheduled the work."

They cleaned the windows well. They cracked tile and did not let me know. They were very unprofessional when informed of the tile break. Did not want to talk to me about making it right...wanted to talk to my husband, even though I was good enough to talk to to hire them. Have not used them since. Had used them about 3 times before the bad experience.

I've used them to clean our gutters for several years. The last couple of times, I've also had our exterior windows washed. They clean the gutters well, the windows less so - streaks, missed spots, etc. I'll keep hiring them for the gutters, but I'll do the windows myself. I asked them twice, about three months ago, to get me a quote for cleaning our roof; although I was assured someone would call me back, no one ever did.
