Ok. Needed it replaced a few weeks later. Difficult time opening door. Unfortunately customer service was not very helpful. Also they promised they would come out and never did. Not until we continued to call them.

It was very good. He was very efficient. He came on his way home and showed me how to do something. Instead of getting me a new door he just fixed the door. I would recommend him.

The locks were changed by a quality, efficient, and courteous locksmith....who also explained exactly what he was doing. He also made my back door close correctly for the first time AND told me about spraying WD 40 into handles, locks and hinges....after he had taken care if my squeaky front door. Service way beyond!!! Highly recommend this company!!

I called Rohan regarding changing my front door deadbolt lock and re-keying other doors to be able to use the same key for all. He did just that, allowing us to now only have 1 (one) key for ALL exterior doors that have locks on them.
He was prompt in returning my call, after leaving him a message, prompt in coming to do the job. He was friendly, courteous, professional and performed the job just as he had been asked to do.
We are very pleased and would not only use him again, if need arose, but also will recommend him to anyone we know needing a locksmith.
He quoted a price, and unfortunately it was a bit more, but he did NOT ask for more - his quote was good. We did give him a few extra dollars, however, just because we felt he deserved it.

It went very well. He was on time, the locks are great, he gave me multiple copies of the keys. He was wonderful!

I had to terminate an employee suddenly and was unable to retrieve his keys, nor be sure that he had not had duplicates made. I searched Angies List based on location and prior ratings and my first and only call was to Wellington Locksmith. He was extremely responsive and totally professional and his rates seemed totally reasonable.
I have subsequently used him for some general work due to new construction as well as very intricate work which left no room for mistakes. He handled it all and I have absolutely no regrets.
I highly recommend Wellington Locksmith to anyone looking for great service, performed by a knowledgable perfectionist.
