+ -1 moreCharlie and Mike Wagner of Wagner Inspection Services were able to respond to a very tight timeline for an inspection on a REO/foreclosed home for which I had a pending sales contract in Jupiter, FL. They arrived early and were extremely courteous and professional. Because Charlie has extensive experience as a general contractor, he was able to provide consultation on several items that will require repair. He was very knowledgeable about older homes. His report was very thorough with professional assessmentt and photos. It is the best written inspection report I've ever received.Wagner Inspection Services is a family owned company striving to provide excellent and quality service to the customer. And I was a delighted customer! I would definitely use Wagner Inspection Services again. Because I have renovations planned that I will be financing with the mortgage, I will request the bank designate Wagner Inspection Services to do the construction inspections for the draws to the general contractor performing the renovations.
Description of Work: Wagner Inspection Services performed a home inspection on a REO/foreclosure home for which I had a pending sales contract. They thorough analyzed the structural components, interior, exterior, electrical, plumbing, roof, attic and insulation, heating and cooling, and appliances. They also arranged for a Wood-destroying organisms Inspection Report at the time of their inspection.
