He wrecked my system. He was very cheap. He was in the newspaper and he advertises all the time. What I remember about him they told me how much it costs and as soon as they got here they tried to get the price up higher and I said no. I only want what I called and asked for. And the company said it would take forty minutes to have it done and the guys came out with their little equipment, not much, a ladder and their hose, and at the end of twenty minutes they were packed up and ready to go. They were moving very quickly. They were all done. I said wait a minute, you didn't put the door back in the hall, it's laying on the floor. He says oh, the guy came back and attached it to the wall. They left so quickly they didn't take time to do that. They went before they could get in trouble. They said we need to get paid. They are so in such a hurry and twenty minutes when they said forty. I came in and called on the phone while they were here and I said how long does it take when your guys get here to do what I needed done and she says forty minutes. I said I thought so. Your guys are here twenty minutes. They want to leave and they are in a very big hurry and they have been very clumsy with their cleaning up after themselves. And not very friendly at all. They didn't want to talk, I think they had a different language. Since then I have had stuff coming from the vent all the time. In fact we cleaned it by hand yesterday. I don't trust any vent guy coming out. After I saw what they did and when they put it in the wall it's crooked. When it was on the floor they must have gone through hurry and stepped on it and it still doesn't fit all the way into the wall. They said we got to get paid, we need what ever money it was. I said I'm not paying for your work, you did it all in twenty minutes, it should have been forty, you didn't clean up after and when I called the company I said I'm not going to pay you. I have never done this before I am so displeased and they haven't even left the house yet. I'm not going to pay you. He said you are not going to pay me huh? And I though oh he's going to hurt me. He got outside and he went to his car or truck, whatever, and he came back to the door with a camera and he says you are not going to pay me huh? And I said no, you did lousy. And he took my picture, recorded I think, he said are you going to pay me and I said no I'm not going to pay you. I figured it was a recording. He got out further after he took my picture at the door and took a picture of my house and the door. I was scared. I called my boyfriend and said I'm in trouble. He says what do you mean. I told him. I said they acted very bad when they left here but I think I'm in trouble. So we called the Better Business Bureau and they send us out a paper. And something came true that I was scared. My friend said we don't want to mess with this company there is something wrong with them. I am going to pay it for you because I don't like you to pay for what you don't like. That was it. Every morning I wake up to this. I leave the house I go out in the yard and I'm fine. I come back in here and my nose. It's really, really scary.

They arrived two hours early without calling. Then tried to charge me $400.00 for my AC. I was quoted $79.00 to clean my AC vent and my dryer was to be cleaned for free. When they wrote up the ticket they charged me 200.00 for my dryer vent that should have been free. He was a very fast talker and came across like a con artist more that a service provider. It was not a good experience and I would never use them again.

They cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite. I was satisfied with them.
