They get triple, quadruple A's in everything is an A. That is who we have used for many years, and we will always use as long as we live here. I can't say enough good things about them. We use them all the time.
They are like 2 blocks away, they are very nice very cordial. They do good work. Everything they do has worked out. If they cannot do something particular they tell us where we can go to get it done. Sometimes for little things if we take things back they don't charge us for it. But we have been with them for many years. We have been with them for 15 years. My husband won't take his car anywhere else. He wont allow them to leave it outside if they cannot get to it the next day so they put the bay open put it inside. We treat them to pizza sometimes. We did it on a special occasion.

They're very fair and honest. If you don't need something done; they'll definitely tell you and just sent you on your way even if it means losing the business. It happen a couple of times to me actually.

I stopped by Ultimate Auto Services right after my air conditioning failed and they immediately diagnosed the problem advising me that I needed a new compressor. They quoted me a price to install one for me. I returned with the part and they installed it as quoted. I returned 2 days later for an oil change and coolant flush at which time they also inspected my brake fluid and power steering fluid as I requested and informed me that I did not yet need that service. The work was well done in a timely manner AND at a fair price. After getting another quote I would have paid TWICE as much at another local shop.
While in their lobby/waiting area I had the chance to observe their dealings with several other customers which were ALL professional and considerate to their situation. They were up front, honest, and fair with everyone!
Kudos to you Jim and your entire mechanical staff members!!!

Sometimes no matter how hard you try and avoid giving a negative review about a merchant or service provider you can’t. This is one of those times that so many bad things have happened, you know now you will never use them again because what you might have thought was a fluke, now appears to a pattern. Car-2007 BMW 550I Very nice folks, but sorry that is not enough. Standing behind your work, not making simple mistakes, following specific instructions, and yes, even standing behind those you recommend is part of it as well. Item 1. Replaced Alternator but they accidently disconnected the radiator thermostat and as a result engine overheated, thankfully, I stopped and did not continue driving. They admitted to they missed it. Permanent damage unknown. Item 2. More recently, brought in for noise in front –end. Diagnosed as lower front control arms, upon further research, was told to have them check both upper and lower front, which I did, they said ok. So they replace one of them Land R. As soon as I got back, no change. What was it? The ones they said they checked but obviously did not. Item 3 and maybe not their fault but considering they send a lot of business to this body man Eddie’s (who will be reviewed separately) they had the power to force him to do correctly. Replaced and painted rear bumper which while at Ultimate’s shop (where he picked it up) was clearly pointed out he needed to replace with a new, used, or even aftermarket bumper that also has the back-up sensors. What did he do? He replaced with one without them and drilled the holes (WAY TO BIG) and fudged it. Yes Ultimate said he did a lousy job but obviously not enough to make him do it right. He took it back and fixed the gaps (I guess with Bondo or whatever). Yes it looks better but it’s not right and I know it. So after all this, after picking up the car today. Item 4, I notice my music is not playing, why, because the IPOD connected via the BMW factory IPOD cable is gone, poof! Of course, no one knows why. It’s really unfortunate because there is a lack of quality BMW mechanics (outside of the dealerships) in the Lake Worth/Wellington area. I am disappointed I can’t trust them to do anymore work on my car, it’s a tremendous inconvenience given they are right down the street from me.

I was told I had and quot;Lead Fueland quot; and needed high test. My car manual says never to use high test fuel. They say they have certified mechanics, but they don't know how to read engine codes!
At least they didn't charge me to read the engine light or for a useless repair. They were very polite and took me in the next day.
I took the car to the dealer.The problem was a cracked hose--the huge one on top of the engine. It should have been very obvious on my 13 year-old car. The dealer replaced the hose and cleaned another part that collected carbon as a result of the crack.

I have used ultimate auto for a couple of years and I find them to be upfront and honest and do what they say and charge. They are not inexpensive but what auto repair place is. I highly recommend them.

I have been a customer at Ultimate Automotive for many years, every time has been a good experience. Jim is very honest, to the point and fair priced. He does not charge to diagnose the problem and provides exact estimates. If the work does not need to be done he will tell you. I took my Impala LS 3.8 in for a coolant leak/overheating and had the door window which recently stopped working fixed as well. I had a window cable regulator assembly replaced before at a different mechanic and was charged over $500 just to have the window repaired (parts/labor). Ultimate Auto replaced this one for $290. He will often times take you in the shop and show you what the problem is. Ultimate Auto is busy so it is best to either make an appointment or if possible drop the car off and leave it overnight.
