I've had about 4 projects comleted and our tenants are happy with the service and communication. Nothing major but all important to keeping the place in good working order so far. I have confidence that if it were a larger issue we'd have the same level of service and professionalism.

I live out of town, so being able to trust someone to work on my rental is huge.. he handled all of the permits and inspections with the city and dealt with my tenants.
Very professional ! Prices were reasonable, too.
Alex in the office was awesome, too. She arranged for the permits and answered all of my questions. Great communication!
