Since he didn't do any work, I can't judge the quality of his work. I am only commenting on his un-professionalism of not showing up when he said he would.

Tim is really a god among handyman, and I am not exaggerating. No job is too big or small. He is a licensed contractor, so he can do whole re-models and roofs, but he will also do little jobs like hanging things up and little things around the house. On my block, about 12 people have used him and continue to use him. He is the most polite handyman I have ever met. He has a GREAT ATTITUDE. He never complains, is always in a good mood, and he won't nickel and dime you. He comes and does his job and doesn't spend anytime goofing off. And even though he lives in Palm Beach, he goes anywhere. He will go all the way down to South Miami. His prices are more than reasonable, and best of all and MOST IMPORTANTLY, he comes when he says he is going to come. If he makes an appointment with you, he is there. I feel truly lucky to have found him. I recommend him highly.
