Description of Work: I took my dyson vacuum cleaner in to have a new hose put on and have the machine cleaned. I was told the rep would be in the next day with the hose. It turned out he did not have it and I had wait approx 2 weeks.

+ -1 moreThey both were repaired. The Kenmore was serviced and is now working beautifully. However, the Singer is operating but it wasn't tuned up as well as I thought it should be.

Description of Work: My sewing machine (an older Kenmore model) forgot how to zigzag. The Factory Sew cleaned & repaired my machine & even replaced the burned out light bulb. I've had no problems with its performance since the repair.

+ -1 moreWe took the vacuum in. Asked for it to be repaired. Had them call us with a quote and the date of delivery or when we could pick it up. They did the work when promised at the price they promised. The vacuum was ready on the day we arrived at the store. Our vacuum works like new Very pleased. Description of Work: We have done business with The Factory for more than 20 years. During the summer of 2011 we took our Oreck Vacuum Cleaner in for repair to The Factory where we have purchased three sewing machines over the years. The vacuum was repaired on time at the price quoted to us by phone before they proceeded with the work. This is just one of many positive experiences we have had with this company. We have followed them to their three different locations in the past 20+ years. The owner manager and his employees have always treated us professionally and accurately. We are writing this praise because we want to see this company continue to serve us and other customers.
