Superior pressure clean

Roof cleaning. I used Superior Pressure Clean for my roof cleaning. They were a little bit less. Unfortunately you get what you pay for. He did not cover anything in the front or back, and poisoned our plants and flowers with his chemicals from spraying the roof. He did not tell us to cover either. Other companies do cover before spraying. Do not use them.

Always does a great job. Also did my co-workers house and she said he did an awesome job . Looks new

I was worried about whether or not they would show up based on some of the Angie's List reviews, but I had a great experience. My only disappointment was that I had a coupon for $135 from a local magazine for houses in my neighborhood. When I mentioned the coupon they said that it wasn't valid for my development because the houses were too big. This wasn't mentioned anywhere on the coupon so I thought that was a bit strange, but honestly, I still felt like everything they did was worth $175. I'd definitely use them again in the future.

I was called back almost immediately and was only able to set up a date which was over a month in advance, but I contacted my HOA and they said that it was OK to wait until then. They only received a B grade on punctuality was because they needed to change the scheduled date to a later one (4 days later), on a Saturday, and showed up way earlier than they told me they'd be there. Lucky we were already home.
Otherwise, it was a great job. The crew chief, Lisa, was very professional. She warned me in advance that the rust from the sprinklers would most likely not come off, but the dirt would, and she was right. They moved or worked around the patio furniture, although we don't have too much outside, it was enough to be an inconvenience. They did a better job on the windows than the window washers I had here in the spring. Lisa left to tend to another crew but returned promptly when the job was just about completed. Here's what I love - she checked the house and had the crew go over a few missed spots that I had noticed earlier. Kudos to her for doing that. They took credit cards so I could get points (yeah).

Excellent - they are more than reasonable.

They no call/no showed 2 appointments...but on the 3rd appointment they made it. The same thing happened with my mother-in-law so I was prepared. Worth the cost and I wasn't in an extreme rush for the service. They could have at least called and said they couldn't make it. Then they were super quick to call and call and text and call once the services were rendered to collect their payment.

The company was in my community through the HOA to clean the common areas (sidewalks, etc.). Homeowners could have them do your driveway, required by the HOA, or do it yourself. That is probably the reason the price was so reasonable, since they were doing so many homes. They did an excellent job. I was able to pay with credit card over the phone.
They had given me a business card and since my HOA complained my driveway was dirty (6 months later), I called them to do my driveway once again. I called Monday and got the answering machine. I left my name, number, and job description. I called again Tuesday and did the same. It is now Wednesday and still no reply. Maybe my driveway is too small a job and not worth their time. That is the reason for the bad grades. I am very disappointed and going to call someone recommended by Angie's List!

On the day when the work was to be performed, nobody showed up at the agreed-upon time and I had to call a couple of times before I got hold of the owner and was informed that one of their trucks had. broken down and they wouldn't be able to get to me until the next day.
They did show up the next day, and generally did an excellent job. The roof looked new again and the driveway was very clean - even weeds got scrubbed away.
The one thing that made me less than happy was that the chemicals turned out to be harsher than promised on some plants. The ones that I specifically pointed out - and that were partially protected by a rain gutter - did well. However, there was damage on some plants around the sides of the house got chemicals on them and weren't rinsed with water by the guy who did the work.
So I would recommend this company based on the quality of the work and the excellent price, but it seems that you really do need to tell them about all plants that might be damaged...
