Sunshine Pressure Washing did a FANTASTIC job! Affordable, family owned and excellent customer service. I called Bryan last week to get a free estimate. He provided one that same day and came in well below the others (almost 50% lower). He patiently explained the process to me, answered all my questions and gave me an honest recommendation for maintenance. They did the work as promised and exceeded my expectations. Companies like these are hard to find. My roof is a 1954 original tile roof and it looks like it was just put on yesterday. Thank you Bryan for doing such an outstanding job. My roof and pavers look beautiful. I highly recommend Sunshine Pressure Washing and wouldn't use anyone else!

Vendor was hard to reach. Did not return message. When I finally reached him he quoted a $50 minimum even-though his ad in the Angies direct mail piece said that services start at $29.

I left them a voice-mail message on their phone line, but they never returned my call. But I saw a web address on their Angie's List ad. I went to that site and filled out the requested information. They did respond to this inquiry and I eventually got a quote. They are very busy, but I did get an appointment.. Unfortunately for both of us, my neighbor had scheduled yard work at the same time. So we were not able to pressure clean everything we had planned. Also, because of the way the lots are graded on my block, there is a large low spot in my driveway. Pressure cleaning requires lots of water, and there's no way we can stop water from flowing. The big puddle dried up after a few days, just as it always does after a rain storm. My lawn service cleared up the dried-up debris after that. So everything worked out, considering everything we had to put up with.

Everything went well, great work, great communication and great price

Great experience. Took extra care to make sure our plants and koi pond were well shielded from any of the dirty water and bleach. This was my main concern and it was handled wonderfully.

I was in need of a pressure cleaning company and this company came highly recommend from a co-worker . It has been many years since I have had my roof cleaned since my husband passed I have had to take on things I have never dealt with before . I called and was given an estimate right then along with answers to the many questions I had on the process etc. Very courteous employees from start to finish . I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience and extremely happy with the results. I would recommend this company to everyone and have even signed up for cleaning twice a year . Couldn't be more pleased!

I went through Google search to find a pressure cleaning service. I chose Sunshine Pressure Washing since they are a family orientated business. I called and a pleasant speaking woman answered, I told her I have a rental property in Delray Beach and the roof and the driveway were black with mold. I told her my tenant almost fell on the mold driveway after it had rained. She said she would send her tech out to give me a quote. I was surprised when they called me back the next day and quoted me $150. I had checked around with other businesses and they had the better price. So, they told me they could come out on Wednesday to do the work. I'll tell you, I wish I had taken before and after pictures because they did such a nice job. I was just thrilled and I still am. I would highly recommend Sunshine Pressure Washing for their professionalism and quality of work
