I called Bryan last week to get a free estimate. He provided one that same day and came in well below the others (almost 50% lower). He patiently explained the process to me, answered all my questions and gave me an honest recommendation for maintenance. They did the work as promised and exceeded my expectations. Companies like these are hard to find. My roof is a 1954 original tile roof and it looks like it was just put on yesterday. Thank you Bryan for doing such an outstanding job. My roof and pavers look beautiful. I highly recommend Sunshine Pressure Washing and wouldn't use anyone else!

Unfortunately for both of us, my neighbor had scheduled yard work at the same time. So we were not able to pressure clean everything we had planned. Also, because of the way the lots are graded on my block, there is a large low spot in my driveway. Pressure cleaning requires lots of water, and there's no way we can stop water from flowing. The big puddle dried up after a few days, just as it always does after a rain storm. My lawn service cleared up the dried-up debris after that.
So everything worked out, considering everything we had to put up with.
I'll tell you, I wish I had taken before and after pictures because they did such a nice job. I was just thrilled and I still am. I would highly recommend Sunshine Pressure Washing for their professionalism and quality of work
