We closed on our home last week, and our experience with Steve was very positive. He was always responsive, helpful, and NOT pushy. The is the forth home my husband and I have bought, but our first experience with Steve. We were impressed - he is the first realtor we have dealt with that did not push us to put offers on homes, or to increase our offer prices. He was patient and let us go at our own pace and stick to the prices we thought were reasonable. He was very knowledgeable and would offer his professional opinion, but he always encouraged us to go with what we felt was right.
When we are back on the real estate market at some point (buying or selling), we will definitely go with Steve again.
