Stanley Steemer

The technicians who came out were great. Unfortunately they did mess up my couch. Stanley came out 3 additional times to try and fix the couch. The owner wanted to keep a section of my couch for a week, which I did not agree to. I doubt every piece of furniture they destroy takes 4 cleanings the. A trip to some warehouse for a week. The owner informed me today they are getting a lawyer to send me a letter because they messed up my couch. I gladly accept the letter and will have my own lawyer waiting to answer.

I'm not happy with the service. The carpet wasn't really clean. They came in really fast and left really fast. I'm not gonna use them again.

Stanley Steemer quoted on price, once the techs arrived and gained entry to my house they crossed out the printed price on the paperwork and raised the price from $180 to 240. This is taking advantage of fixed income people in South Florida. Pleased be advised this COULD happen to you. I have called the office and given them an opportunity to do the right thing and they have cut off contact.

they were professional and helpful as always. I've been using Stanley Steamer for years up north. They are just a fabulous down in Florida as they were in Baltimore!

They were responsive, and they didn’t seem out of line, so I got them. All of it was an A. They did a nice job and the people were nice. I liked best that the people were nice. I don’t have much need, because I don’t have carpets or anything, but I would use them again.

It was for shampooing the rug. I needed a rug cleaned up. It was a carpet. The rug in one room. It was a special it was on TV and I called them up and they came and they cleaned the rug. Whatever it was for $99. It was a $99 special on carpet cleaning and I did it, that's what I did. They did very well, I was satisfied with it. It was a special a $99 special. Well, they came, and they did what they were supposed to do and that's all I have to say. They did a very good job. They cleaned it up, and that was it. That's all. In and out they did a very good job. They cleaned every spot and got it clean for me. The man was very professional, he came in and I liked the fact that he did the moving of the furniture because there were some pieces that couldn't be moved and he was nice enough to move. The price was $99 which was great. He was on time, and he did what he had to do.

It went really well and they were extremely professional and well mannered. They made the entire experience a great one!

I always use Stanley Steemer for carpet cleaning. I do remember they were reasonable, I just don’t remember the amount. They are very responsive! They even call afterwards and check on you the next day, if you were happy with everything. They were very good! They are above the rest! I have used other ones in the past and Stanley Steemer is very good!

The one time they did an outstanding job.

They are reliable and do a reasonably good job. I had someone else do some tile cleaning and it wasn't acceptable compared to Stanley Steemer.

They were on time and very professional. They didn't try to upsell me like other companies do; they just came and did what they needed.

They explained that the red wine would not come out entirely, since it had been several days since the spill. However, they cleaned the entire rug, and then treated it to help prevent new stains. The two men that came out were friendly, professional and very helpful with advice on how to treat future spills. Despite some residual from the red wine, the carpet was well cleaned and looks great.

Jarred and Becker did a wonderful. They were on time and gave me an estimate of the work. I signed the estimate, and they started cleaning. THE CARPETS LOOKED WONDERFUL!!!! They got a lot of the stains out. They worked quickly and efficiently. They gave me the option of paying by check or credit card. I would use them again.

It turned out fine. I had just moved into this house. I guess, it was never done before and they got a mess of junk out of there. I found them to be excellent but I thought they were a little over priced. I would recommend them because they're very thorough. The people that they send in are very nice and professional. They stand behind their job. I have used them in New Jersey and I've used them down here and I was satisfied with their service.

it went awful. the carpet is not clean and it is ruined. I called the owner to say I was not satisfied and she yelled at me and accuse me of saying things to her I did not say. I am very dissatisfied with the work and the carpet is not cleaned and actually is ruined. the paint is chipped off the trim.

They were very thorough in explaining the procedure. The estimate/price was reasonable. I was able to get scheduled quickly. They did the work well and efficient. They cleaned up well after themselves.

Did an excellent job and gave no problems when I didn't want to upgrade the services.

spoke with 3 different supervisors none of them would honor the quoted price and just said the price i paid 1 year ago

They did a good job. There was some paint taken off the rugs. Their price was also pretty good.

They were very nice. There was an incident, they did the marble and they were packing up and ready to go. I said that in my contract it said they were supposed to seal it, though they thought that it wasn't included in the price. They called the office and they confirmed that it was included, so they did it for me.

They did a good job and we have no complaints. I think we probably paid too much, but we got it done and we are satisfied.
