The technicians who came out were great. Unfortunately they did mess up my couch. Stanley came out 3 additional times to try and fix the couch. The owner wanted to keep a section of my couch for a week, which I did not agree to. I doubt every piece of furniture they destroy takes 4 cleanings the. A trip to some warehouse for a week. The owner informed me today they are getting a lawyer to send me a letter because they messed up my couch. I gladly accept the letter and will have my own lawyer waiting to answer.

I'm not happy with the service. The carpet wasn't really clean. They came in really fast and left really fast. I'm not gonna use them again.

Stanley Steemer quoted on price, once the techs arrived and gained entry to my house they crossed out the printed price on the paperwork and raised the price from $180 to 240. This is taking advantage of fixed income people in South Florida. Pleased be advised this COULD happen to you. I have called the office and given them an opportunity to do the right thing and they have cut off contact.

they were professional and helpful as always. I've been using Stanley Steamer for years up north. They are just a fabulous down in Florida as they were in Baltimore!

They were responsive, and they didn’t seem out of line, so I got them. All of it was an A. They did a nice job and the people were nice. I liked best that the people were nice. I don’t have much need, because I don’t have carpets or anything, but I would use them again.

It was for shampooing the rug. I needed a rug cleaned up. It was a carpet. The rug in one room. It was a special it was on TV and I called them up and they came and they cleaned the rug. Whatever it was for $99. It was a $99 special on carpet cleaning and I did it, that's what I did. They did very well, I was satisfied with it. It was a special a $99 special. Well, they came, and they did what they were supposed to do and that's all I have to say. They did a very good job. They cleaned it up, and that was it. That's all. In and out they did a very good job. They cleaned every spot and got it clean for me. The man was very professional, he came in and I liked the fact that he did the moving of the furniture because there were some pieces that couldn't be moved and he was nice enough to move. The price was $99 which was great. He was on time, and he did what he had to do.

It went really well and they were extremely professional and well mannered. They made the entire experience a great one!

I always use Stanley Steemer for carpet cleaning. I do remember they were reasonable, I just don’t remember the amount. They are very responsive! They even call afterwards and check on you the next day, if you were happy with everything. They were very good! They are above the rest! I have used other ones in the past and Stanley Steemer is very good!

They are reliable and do a reasonably good job. I had someone else do some tile cleaning and it wasn't acceptable compared to Stanley Steemer.

The one time they did an outstanding job.

They were alright. They weren't anything so spectacular but they were okay. We were really crazy about the way the rugs came back. I kept on telling them that the rug on our bedroom is meant to look old and faded. They told us that when we get it back, it is going to look brand new and everything's going to be sharp colors. It's not supposed to look like that. It came back and it didn't look like brand new. They're good with the floors but be careful with the carpets. They were there when they said.

They were on time and very professional. They didn't try to upsell me like other companies do; they just came and did what they needed.

They explained that the red wine would not come out entirely, since it had been several days since the spill.  However, they cleaned the entire rug, and then treated it to help prevent new stains.  The two men that came out were friendly, professional and very helpful with advice on how to treat future spills.  Despite some residual from the red wine, the carpet was well cleaned and looks great.

Jarred and Becker did a wonderful.   They were on time and gave me an estimate of the work.  I signed the estimate, and they started cleaning.  THE CARPETS LOOKED WONDERFUL!!!!  They got a lot of the stains out.  They worked quickly and efficiently. They gave me the option of paying by check or credit card.  I would use them again.

It turned out fine. I had just moved into this house. I guess, it was never done before and they got a mess of junk out of there. I found them to be excellent but I thought they were a little over priced.  I would recommend them because they're very thorough. The people that they send in are very nice and professional. They stand behind their job. I have used them in New Jersey and I've used them down here and I was satisfied with their service.
