I had my windows installed by Shutter Up Industries at the beginning of the year they did an amazing job I'm so happy with the way my house turned out they were quick made the whole permit process very easy and everyone in the office was very experienced I recommend them to anyone looking to do impact windows or shutters on their home

Rick came out and gave us a quote and we decided to hire them. They took a 40% advance and he said it would take about 4 weeks to get them. When I talked to the office however they said that they were backed up and it's taking about 4-6 weeks. So we waited about 5 weeks and called them. A lady in the office said that the system showed that the company had shipped the order and they were to come in next week and they would be calling to schedule the installation the following week but I did not receive any call. I called them again after the 6 weeks, talked to Angie who said the order was still not ready and asked who I talked to. I said I didn't take a name. However, she assured me that they would try and get it expedited and that she would be calling me in a week. It has been a total of 8 weeks and so far we don't know what is going on with our order. I understand they are busy, but there seems to be a lot of confusion and a lack of clear communication. I hope we get our shutters soon and will update as to what happens, but as of now I cannot recommend this company.

Shutter Up responded promptly, provided the best estimate and fastest time-line for completion of project. They then showed up when they said they would and finished the installation on schedule. The crew was courteous and professional with all work being done to my satisfaction. There was a follow up visit by the installation manager to review status of completed project. 
From pricing to completion I was happy with their professionalism and quality of work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shutter Up Industries to others.
