Rich Moore came over the same day, went on the roof, talked about what he saw and what he wanted to do. He wanted to actually repair a seam which he said is obviously seeping water. He immediately gave us a price by email, which was very reasonable and included a warranty for one year. They came, did the work, and we am very pleased. He actually saw another area which seemed like it was failing and did that area in addition to the work he offered at first. We will definitely hire him again.
