On July 1st, 2022 Refresh Air Conditioning LLC installed an AC unit at my property. Since then the unit has not been functioning properly. I have contacted the company on several occasions via phone and text and have received no response. My messages have been read as I have received read reports and still no response. The unit was a brand new unit and is less than 3 months old at the time of reaching out to the company. The service and product should still be under warranty however the company refuses to acknowledge my service concerns. I now have to pay a new company for $1000 to repair the unit of damages that were maliciously made given that Refresh Air LLC will not respond to any communication.

After a month of getting the run around from Refresh Air Conditioning Company. They were supposed to pull the permits before starting the job and I was reassured it was done. After a scheduled inspection was completed with the City of North Lauderdale, I was later sent the attached Certified Letter stating a changeout of the ac system was done without a permit. I have been trying to resolve this issue with Refresh Air Conditioning since with negative results and false responses from the company and both brothers. Unprofessional after they are paid.
