They were really prompt an very thorough and it was great. I was very happy I had no problems with it. It was great!

Keith and his wife came out to repair and replace the sprinkler "timer box" that you use to set when the sprinklers go off in the lawn (box damaged by hurricane Irma in November 2017 so that should give you a rough estimate as to when they came ;) ) ... over a year later later in December 2018 sprinkler and timer box are still working great and going by my experience with Keith and his wife I am confident they will continue to work well for many years to come :) ... had a very pleasant conversation with Keith on the phone and found him fun to talk to - when he and his wife showed up in person (which was very quickly and promptly after I contacted him) found them both to be very professional, polite and thorough.. highly recommended! Had Keith come back a second time to repair damaged sprinklers (damaged sprinklers happen to us from time to time I hate to blame our lawn mowing guys might not even be them but - (shrugs shoulders) cost of living :) ) - exact same experience, Keith and his wife super friendly, courteous, helpful. To flesh out the other (negative) review left by the person who paid $525 back around June 2014... in a sense, I'm familiar with the person who left the review for the following reason - do me a favor and contact Keith/Rainmaker... Keith will happily direct you to the portion of his website where you can listen to a recording where this customer left a message PHYSICALLY THREATENING KEITH... I'm dead serious, the exact quote was something to the effect of " You better hope I never catch you in a dark alley " and " I'm going to trash your business online" not to mention lots of swearing and obscenities . I couldn't believe it when I heard it. Take that into account when considering that negative review. This person made good on his promise and trashed Keith/Rainmaker on yelp, stating that Keith was saying racist things to the customer's neighbors... that comment left me shaking my head in utter disbelief. I and my wife are people of color ourselves and on top of that we are both Muslims (my wife wears the Muslim head covering - hijab - so it's blatantly obvious we're Muslims) so needless to say that's a "double strike" right there if one is prejudiced to begin with :P .... but I detected absolutely no prejudice whatosover from Keith nor his wife.... just friendly, polite, courteous, professional service. Sorry for going off on a tangent there but I hate to see that sort of injustice being done to a contractor by a customer whose mental health and sanity I, quite frankly, question. Anyways back to what I was talking about earlier - hire Rainmaker you'll be very happy :) ..

It went exactly as quoted. They were quick, efficient and the system is still working like new 6+ months later. I highly recommend Rainmaker if they want their lawn sprinklers done well.

This guy gave me a quote to fix my sprinkler system. I was out of town before he came back to fix the sprinklers so I had him describe in detail what he would do. He showed up and my wife paid him before he finished. This turned out to be a huge mistake as he left right then. When I got home, I called him to ask why nothing in the backyard had been fixed. He claimed his cell phone didn't work and he'd call me back. I called him another 20 times. He never answered.
In the end, he texted me a link to an invoice which describes the work he did and fails to mention the work he said he'd do. No mention at all of half the work that was to be done. A real first class thief.
My neighbors came over to tell me he yelled racial slurs at them while he was here. He was yelling at them because they asked him to quit yelling these same slurs at his employee. This guy was yelling racial slurs in my backyard. W**???
I left him a message telling him I would leave this review everywhere I could find. I am tired of all the horrible contractors in South Florida. This guy is a thief. Find anyone else if you need sprinkler work.

This company is the BEST! Keith and crew showed up on time, evaluated all the issues I had with an old sprinkler system, provided an on the spot quote and got right to work! Who provides same day service these days. I was shocked! I got 3 quotes from other companies and the 3rd one couldn't even see me for 4 weeks! Rainmaker came in well below the other quotes, did a thorough job and were friendly to boot. Top notch professionals. I highly recommend them.

Keith did a great job of figuring out the puzzle of pipes that were left and got everything hooked up and running again. He knows his stuff!
