Upon calling to schedule an appointment, Stephen was close enough to stop by to assess our pump within an hour. After reviewing our...setup, he saved us $$ by rerouting our lines so that a single pump (formally just the spa pump), ran both our pool and spa. In addition, our heat pump is now able to heat the pool and the spa instead of just the spa. We also found out the skimmer was shut off. With the money we saved not having to purchase a new pump we bought a bubblier for our spa (to replace the one that was broke.) Needless to say he streamlined and simplified the the plumbing mess we had, saving us money in the future on chemicals and filters. Professional, personable and honest, he is our go-to pool guy and we would/will recommend.

I was in desperation mode, my pool was green. I called Leslie's pools to give me a "pool school" a guy showed up manhandled my equipment and it started leaking immediately after. Leslies person told me the equipment was broken beyond repair and "could explode". He quoted me $1,350 to replace the equipment he just manhandled. I called steven from pool Masters, he came in at 7:30 at night, spent over an hour with me patching up my machinery that very much still was working (just needed to plug leak with puddy). While explaining the inner workings of how to run my pool. At the end my pump is now working and my pool is now a normal color again. Instead of replacing working equipment with other working equipment, I was able to order a new saltwater cell with the saving and am looking forward to upgrading to a salt water pool. Steven is a gem and I would recommend him to any one. My name is Montgomery Burns and I am a real person!

Excellent! My pump motor was over heating and complete failure was eminent. Steve came the same day I called, had all the parts and replaced the motor with a high quality unit for a very competitive price. The job was done in a professional manner and very quickly. He also checked my pool cleaner out and made adjustments as part of the service. He is my pool "go to guy" anytime I need work done. Thanks Steve.

Steve is awesome! I went to clean my pool's salt cell unit and could not for the life of me remove it. You have to unscrew two PVC rings (unions) above and below the salt cell to remove the cell. I couldn't loosen the top union despite valiant efforts using oil filter pliers and it was driving me nuts. Turns out I was turning it the wrong way (duh). I called Steve and he was in the area (sorta) and only charged me $20 for the house call and was there within the hour. Are you kidding me?! That is customer service at its best. I was so happy I paid him $50. Thank you Steve!

I found Stephen on Angie’s list. He answered his phone right away (on a Friday at 2 p.m. the day before the long Labor Day Weekend!!!), listened to what my pump was doing, asked me a few questions and accurately diagnosed the issue within literally minutes and quoted me a fair price for the repair (over the phone!!!). Even though he was nowhere near the neighborhood, he was at my house in only 1-2 hours (did I mention this was at 2 p.m. on a Friday afternoon???) and had my pump working again shortly after arrival. He also diagnosed my pool heater problem and fixed (and cleaned!!!) my pool filter and didn’t charge me as it was a very minor issue –however, I’ve never found that kind of generosity in anyone I’ve had come out to fix something at my house. He was knowledgeable, punctual, professional, fair and kind and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Stephen. He’s coming out next week to replace my salt cell. My only complaint is he doesn’t also do a/c, computers, etc... (or maybe he does???).

steven who is a pleasure to deal with, agreed to install both new parts that i purchased several others refused to do it unless you purchased parts from them. his tech brian performed the work to perfection everything worked the first time it was hooked up.i would not hestiate to use them again.

Steve and his staff are excellent at providing regular pool maintenance. Price competitive, on-time, and my pool looks great year round...have not had a bloom in years. Steve has a wealth of knowledge on all things "pool" so anything I need done I do through him. I had him install an LED "disco light" in the pool to replace my regular boring white light. It works great and everyone loves it. Their monthly pool service is NOT the cheapest...but why do you want that? VERY competitive and the absolute best of the 4 providers I have used in the past.

Steve was very professional , showed up on time diagnosed multiple problems I was having with my pump, valves and heater. Other pool companies had previously serviced my equipment and all stated they really couldn’t repair... better to just replace, etc.... Not only did steve diagnose my situation - he resolved all my issues ! I couldn’t be more satisfied . If your looking for honesty and reliability I highly recommend steve and poolmaster Tod Feit

We have used Pool Master for our maintenance over the past 3 years and they have been great. Steve, the owner, responds quickly to any and all issues. We recently decided to install a pool heater and obtained estimates from several companies. As usual, Steve provided us great insight regarding our options based on what we were looking for. We ultimately decided on an Aqua Cal pool heater, and Steve's pricing was significantly lower than the other quotes that we received (by $400). The pool heater was delivered the day after we purchased it, and was installed the following day. It works great, and actually heats our pool significantly faster than Steve said it would. Overall, a great experience provided by a great company.

Excellent! Stephen responded almost immediately and came by later in the afternoon. Replaced the pool pump motor and parts. When he got it working, he showed me a leak in a pipe near the motor and asked first if I wanted him to fix that also. Of course I agreed and he finished that job quickly which saved an additional service call cost. Recommend highly Stephen and his company!

Poolmaster has helped us with pool and equipment repairs for years now, so when our spa heater broke it was only logical to contact them. Stephen, the owner, stopped by to listen what we wanted and discussed options and then took it from there. A few days later the heater arrived and the next day it was installed. Stephen did a great job replacing my pool pump. I called him yesterday, he diagnosed the problem over the phone at which time I sent him my contact information. I came home from work today and the pump was already installed. You don't get service like that anymore. Some of my other equipment is rather old. When it is time for replacement Stephen will be the one I call.

The job went very well. Stephen responded quickly to my phone inquiry, explained the options and listened to what I wanted. He helped me select the right heater, ordered it that day and installed it a couple days later. He cleaned up the area around where the work was done and instructed me on how to use the new heat pump. I really liked working with Stephen and highly recommend him. I ended up with a real top-of-the-line heater, which is why the price was high, but it was very competitive in comparison to online pricing of that specific heat pump.
