Andres was working at a friends house in the neighborhood. I was on a run and saw him. I had a gutter issue and the timing was perfect. He came over quickly. After one hour and. 15 minutes he billed me $475. He fixed a clogged downspout, got on a ladder and cleaned some debris from the gutters and made a tiny repair in a downspout. He spent the majority of the time fixing the clogged pipe from the downspout. I am confident he fixed it. I’ll know for sure the next time it rains. He charges me $475. I am a fair person and told him it was a ridiculously high bill. I was expecting to pay a bit extra for convenience but this was crazy! He knocked it down to $400 . In the end, he charged me $360. Still way too expensive for his one hour and 15 minute labor job! Anyway- Next time I’ll ask for an estimate in advance!!!

Andre came out and gave us a proposal to replace 192 feet of gutters and four downspouts on the back of our home. We were extremely satisfied with work he previously performed in 2005 after he replaced gutters on the front of our home that we lost during a hurricane. He did not disappoint this time either, Within 2 hours, he had completed the job and left our place as neat as he found it.
