The first visit was very good, I was told if I had any problems to call them and they would come and take care of it. The issue I have is they don't answer the phone during office hour and do not return messages when left. I called many times over the last week because I have a bug problem again and if I have a service contract I expect the company to at least return my messages. If they ever respond I will let you know the results but I am not impressed with this company and would not recommend the at this point.

Technician arrived on schedule. Met with me to see if I had any other insect problems, which I did. Sprayed for the insect problems noted and treated the foundation of my home for termite protection. As usual, the technician was knowledgeable, courteous and on-time for the appointment.
