This is actually the second time I used Perfect Plumbing. I used to use a handyman, but never again for plumbing issues. I called Joe Bolobanic from this company. He has aways done an excellent job and has always been here when promised. The first visit, I needed all the pipes under the sink rerouted and such. He did an excellent job. Never had a problem. This time was an emergency!! The day before Thanksgiving, my garbage disposal was leaking, unbeknownst to me, until i was walking in water in my kitchen. I called him immediately. He made room in his schedule and was there within 2-3 hours. Thank goodness, because I was preparing Thanksgiving dinner for 12 plus. Joe has always been dependable and has done excellent work which is always warranted. I will continue to use perfect plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Thank you for making time for my Thanksgiving emergency.

Joe arrived on time. He asked questions to better understand my issues. He tested ALL drains, opened "clean out value" and surveyed mine and neighbors' outside areas for any obvious sewer line problems. Inside, he tested ALL faucets and drain flows even if I didn't state any problems w/ some. He found 1 fairly blocked drain I didn't even know about. He treated and snaked it quickly and treated my other known problem areas w/ commercial cleaner. Though he allowed me to follow him around to observe and learn, he clearly kept me at a safe distance so I wouldn't get harmed, he allowed me to ask questions and taught me how to maintain my pipes...TY. He was VERY thorough and efficient, conscious not to soil my home, tidy and neat. One odd thing he taught me was to observe and note what any house odds smell like for that would tell him something. And here I had thought it was my sickly dog! I would HIGHLY recommend him. Just have a written list of your issues for he will want minute details!

Great. Everything turned out beautiful

After purchasing my Townhouse, there were a few issues that needed to be fixed. One, being the hot water wasn't getting hot. Now a new homeowner, I purchased a service plan. Through them I had multiple plumbers come out many times and still the problem existed. At that point I contacted Perfect Plumbing for a second opinion. What a great decision!! They sent a plumber the next morning which the other company would take a week to get someone out. Also, he immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem right then and there!! So glad I have found a company like this. I have recommended Perfect Plumbing to multiple friends who have also been as pleased!

It went great. Saved the water heater.

I obtained the information to a plumber my neighbor was raving about. So I gave them a call on a saturday afternoon and  "Joe the Plumber" showed up approx 90 minutes later. He told me i could use a new water heater which was pretty apparent based on condition of my existing water heater,lol!  I had an antique of a water heater in my condo closet that had seen better days. Joe explained to me to the local, updated  codes and what is would take to replace the tank as far as cost and work involved. From the looks of things the previous installer hadnt much cared for quality work, but Joe assured me he would do an excellent job or I didnt have to pay. He stated that I also needed a new water heater pan, a new working valve, and a hardwire for the electric connection in order to be up to present codes. He told me all and all it would be $950. Three hours later a shiny new tank emerged, Joe told me he was finished and that I should be ready for hot water with in the hour. He presented the bill which was for $950 as promised and I happily paid! He worked steadily, and efficiently and is an excellent craftsman, the work looked great!! I was very pleased with his performance and would use Perfect Plumbing again! Even the company he recommended for the water damage caused from my old tank was terrific. they both got the job done!!
