Very clean job and punctual

Though the project was not completed satisfactory, accommodations we were made to make it right

The countertops job was done adequately, popcorn removal, and the ceiling was done poorly and personal items were not covered properly. I have been left with an unfinished job and a complete and total disaster area in my condo. furniture needs to be moved and a complete cleaning must be done for removing the dust on furniture, floor, and walls

Great tile work by one of the employees.

They had different people in and out of my house working. They half-finished the work. The grout work was messy. They did not clean the work area. They left the wood in the grout in my grass. It was the worse experience for me. Cause I just brought my house. The are con artist.

I had a small guest bathroom that I needed retiled. Carlos and his team completed the whole project in a week also adding a new bathtub, fixing old rotted wood framing, and installing a new vanity. They were very professional. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and communicated every step of the process. I was never unsure of what they were doing and I never had to follow up on anything. I would definitely recommend and rehire for another project

After he completed the first project, described below, I hired him for additional work which did not go so well. Carlos started our project immediately and completed the work on time. He was on site every day and was also always available by phone.

Signed contract for 8 days on 11-18-15 Still NOT finished on 12-17-15! Project is Less than 1,000 sq.ft. More than 2 boxes of porcelain were broken when placed(dropped, thrown, slung) at site? Having problems grouting? I check daily to monitor their progress, days when NOBODY was there working? Several days when a man was just standing there? Looking at a broom? Cut the tile on the screened porch/patio which is NOW covered in dust a filthy mess!! Made reservations in a hotel for the 8 days which is now a month! All of my furniture and personal belongings have been in storage since 11-18-15. Only packed enough for the 8 days stated on the contract. Hire a professional, somebody that will abide by their contract. Now the cabinet people want to charge storage because they have been unable to deliver on uncompleted tile/grout. A comedy of errors and I AM NOT LAUGHING!! Hotel and storage bills COST MORE THAN THE TILE or THE INSTALLATION. The frustration and disappointment are over whelming!! Been lied to since 11-18-15.

Very high quality work and very receptive to what we wanted done. Really wanted to make us happy and worked hard to finish a complicated job in the tight time frame we had. Would definitely recommend and we plan to use them for our next project.

Carlos and his team are very polite and are on the job site when they say they will be. The quality of the work performed is average. I did need several parts of the project to be fixed do to un level tiles and some other small issues. The workers left a pretty big mess but Carlos sent someone to clean after I contacted him. He does respond immediately to any concerns.
