adam, owner, came to my home on 1/4/18. did a routine inspection inside and out. inspection inside consisted of looking inside kitchen cabinets and stove. no evidence found. suggested outside baited stations with monthly monitoring service. initial charge $150 quoted. charged $155 on my credit card. on march 1, 2018, i received another invoice for $155.50 for January and February check and refill. i cannot determine when the january check and refill was done since the stations were installed on january 4th. i have not received any reports as to what was found in the check and refills. i spoke with their technician, brandon, around the middle of this month and asked him what the findings were. he said there was nothing in the front station and one in the rear station. i told him to discontinue inspections. in the meantime, i still have mice in my apartment. very dissapointed.

The technician was very knowledgeable and took care of my ant issue in one visit. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing.

I have been using this companies services for over a year now and have been consistently happy with their work.  I have a monthly pest control service contract with them which includes a warranty, if I see a bug or have an issue, they are there usually the next day to address it.  Great customer service!
