the worst ! broken pipes, things not installed properly, paid for fill. never got the fill. hundreds to repair all the things this idiot and his crew broke. people DO NOT USE oceanblue and do not trust a word Oscar says

Excellent. I saw Ocean Blue's work trucks at a neighbors house and gave them a call. Lisa answered and set-up an appointment for a free estimate the same day. Oscar came out and looked at our property and what needed to be done explained everything and gave me an up-front price then and there. Of course I shopped around, but Ocean Blue gave me the best price and was the only company to take the time to explain things and answer my questions. When we were ready to move forward, I called and spoke to Lisa again who set-up an appointment for the same day again. She told me what I would need and explained the permit process to me. Oscar came out that day and explained everything to us again in detail, he said exactly what they would and wouldn't be doing and explained what they would and would not cover. He gave my husband and I additional time to discuss and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything before he let us sign the contract. After we signed the contract and made the payment, he told us Lisa would apply for the permits the next day and he would be out in about a month to start the job. Lisa called and said they would be starting the job, a week earlier than stated by Oscar, which was great! They got the job done in a matter of days. From the very beginning, they were up-front and honest and explained everything in detail. As a very recent first time homebuyer, I really appreciate the people/companies who take the extra time to explain things in detail since I really don't know much about this stuff yet. Lisa was always pleasant and so nice to deal with and Oscar made us feel comfortable. I highly recommend this company and will for sure call them in the future if needed!
