My Area Realty is FANTASTIC. Glenn Gurvitch, the principal, is very responsive, handles all the situations and has done a terrific job. I no longer have any worries about the rental home I have in Boynton Beach. I would highly recommend My Area Realty. The charge a small monthly fee, which is very reasonable given the peace of mind they provide

Glenn procured workers and oversaw prep of my duplex. He found and vetted new tenants quickly and arranged for their occupancy. He communicated his work with me on a regular basis and was responsive to my desires and concerns every step of the way. His fee was the first month's rent. I was so satisfied, I continued his services as a property manager for $95.00 a month. He was/is more than reasonable, especially compared with similar providers. He was/is a lifesaver.

I emailed Glenn who responded immediately, explained his services and very reasonable costs. I signed the agreement, and he took it from there. I had input on some of the things that needed to be done, and he incorporated my wishes into his responsibilities seamlessly. He found and vetted tenants in timely fashion and has taken care of everything since, including fastidious record-keeping which he forwards to me monthly with my rent check. I highly recommend My Area Realty Property Management.
