This was the first time I have used Millican Electric,LLC. Marc is absolutely incredible! He was able to work us in to his schedule. Due to unexpected problems on a home inspection, a professional electrician was needed. These problems would determine if we would continue the process of buying this house. Marc was recommended and did not disappoint. He remained flexible and constantly kept us informed as the time for cancelling the contract was closing in. The written report Marc produced was a very professional product. I recommend him without any hesitation or reservation.

I've used Millican Electric before and was extremely pleased with their service, just as I was with this most recent project. Mark is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He does great work and his fees are reasonable. I highly recommend Millican Electric.

Last night my lights when off and on several times. I called TECO and
they came out in the morning and determined that it was not their
problem but probably a needed to have my breaker box examined by an
electrician. Being it was a Saturday, I didn't expect to get a hold of
anyone on the weekend. I called Mr. MIllican because he was and quot;Aand quot; rated
even even through his information indicated he did not work on the
weekends. I placed my call at 8:30 ish and Mr. Millican returned my
call at 9:30 a.m. He said that because I live relatively near him it
would be no problem to come by in the afternoon. He breezed in, quickly
assessed that a couple of my breakers were in fact melted and went to Lowe's to replace them. In no time at all the work was completed and the new breakers functioned correctly. I found Mr. Millican competent, courteous, and responsive. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

The power in my garage mysteriously went out the previous night - right as I attempted to switch on the light. I tried switching the breaker on and off -- but no luck.
The next morning, I searched and found Millican Electrical on Angie's List and gave them a call. I spoke to Mark who was very courteous and asked me to describe the problem. He felt it might be a breaker problem and had me check the name of the company on the breaker box just to ensure that he had a replacement part if needed (or could pick one up on the way in).He promised to stop by at 2:30 PM and arrived on time. On entering the garage, it took him about 20 seconds to fix the problem -- which turned out to be a GFCI socket that had tripped and not the breaker. The problem was solved -- and to my surprise -- he said that there was no charge.
I then asked if he wouldn't mind checking some of the other sockets that were not working and he was happy to do that. He spent a good 15 - 20 mins sorting out all of the other sockets -- all of which had to do with one or another tripped GFCI that had to be reset. Even after that -- he wasn't going to charge me -- but I insisted on paying him $20.
This was a really pleasant experience and completely different from any other contractors I've dealt with who demand $75 or $80 just for showing up.
I'm just really happy that I found an honest, reliable, punctual and thoroughly professional electrician that I can count on and I'm not going to anyone else period.

Mark was extremely professional and courteous. He confirmed the appointment the day before and showed up right on time. He cleaned up thoroughly when he finished. I highly recommend Millican electric and will not hesitate to use them again for any electrical work I need to have done in the future.

Long had electrical issues due to "next-door-handyman" work done for the previous owner, and realized it was time to get some sorted.Had him out to replace a bunch of broken outlets, including washer/drier plugs, and find a few other issues. Plus add an outlet in the master bathroom, which strangely did not previously have one!Was super quick, very friendly and informative, did a great job... and I was kinda shocked at how long the final bill was for the amount of parts replaced and the hour he was there.Plus some other things he suggested he didn't push, went over the pricing, and encouraged me to get multiple quotes if I decide to do those upgrades.VERY recommended, likely will have him out again for future electrician needs.

Mark was great, I called to ask him about a power issue with my well pump and he came out within a couple of hours. He checked the pump system and electrical connections and found a switch that needed to be replaced. He left to get one and was back within an hour and had the switch repaired.

Great! Mark is always professional. He made sure the tenant in the apartment knew how to operate the motion sensor and set it properly and let her know that all the outlets worked. He cleans up after himself (a BIG plus!) and is always polite and efficient. When I asked about the motion sensor light, he offered to pick it up for me so I didn't have to go and try to find one.

This is the second time I've used Millican Electric. I mentioned to Mark that one of my outlets wasn't connected to my generator and it was one that really needed to be. He made an appointment promptly and I am extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism.
