"I gave you a verbal price of $60 to install an additional light fixture (not on the contract) while we were working there. By the time the light was delivered it was a couple weeks after we completed the job. To make a special trip I charge $100 minimum. And you told me, "If you don't do it for $60, I'm going to write you a bad review on Angie's List." The contracted work was done at a discount because you cried poverty, yes I did do you a favor. And ... the work was done in excellence, on time, for the agreed amount. Furthermore, you called the vanity manufacturer and got a new vanity door for free which I offered to install at no charge. You absorbed NO cost, the statement in your review is false."
Jason also removed the popcorn from our entire house and texturized the ceiling. The job looks really great, except for our master bedroom where there are large streaks in one area. Jason did offer to come back out, but we had moved in and the job would be messy. I feel confident he would come back out if we decided to do it.
Overall, Jason was someone we could rely on and did a good job to our new home.
We did consider Jason for a new kitchen, but the price was too high for us.
