Mike did a fantastic job with the 1,050 sq ft tile install in my condo. I received quotes from a half dozen tile installers and interviewed 3. Mike was not the cheapest (even after the Angie’s list coupon but I felt he would give the work his personal attention - I was not disappointed. Given that this condo is my primary residence I wanted to ensure that a high quality contractor would be providing excellent work as opposed to just going with low bid. Mike did a great job in the tight space moving furniture and protecting everything from the dust. He is a true gentleman that lives by his handshake. If you go with Mike you will not be disappointed as he is a true craftsman.

Mike provided a detailed estimate and a lot of professional advice to make our master bathroom renovation a 100% success. He gave us a shopping list to purchase the materials and directed us where to buy them. He showed up on time every day and worked hard. He is a highly experienced tiler and we were thrilled with the end results. Our bathroom looks like a showroom! We will definitely call him back to do our next tile job.

My renovation was a result of an insurance claim, which occurred on October 12th, 2013. The insurance company required us to use a managed repair program. Which, I must say, it was very poorly managed. The contactor that was assigned to our job, I would not recommend. After several months of waiting, they sent out a demo crew in the beginning of February, to tear out our master bedroom, closets and bathroom tile,etc. Then they brought in a tile crew who had no clue what the were doing and should definitely not been working on a custom bathroom. Not to be mean, but it was as though the were sending out day laborers. They treated our home as if it was a new construction sight, not an occupied home. After taking almost 3 months to do a 3-4 week job, they done a horrible job on the bathroom tile, ruined our grass, our pavers & iron fence are covered in thinset or morter. They made a horrible mess of our home and it will probably take us a year to get all of the dust out.
To make a very long story short, our bathroom had to be torn out for the second time and after what the first crew had done there was no way we were allowing them back to do any work in our home.
Therefore, we insisted that the contractor find an experienced tile company to do the job and this is when Mike & his partner Assadi came in to look at what needed to be done. We were very lucky to find such a great crew to do the job. They were there the following week, and our bathroom was torn out for the second time. They were very respectful of our home and never once, did they leave the work area messy. They took pride in their work, were constantly cleaning up after themselves, vaccuming and took all trash with them at the end of the work day. A total night and day difference, from our first experience with the other company.
I am very happy to say, that they have very promptly, professionally and beautifully completed our renovation, in less than 3 weeks! Thank you SO much!
