I like using small businesses where I can, and Majic Carpet doesn't disappoint. I've used Habib several times in the past, and he's still providing the same pleasant, professional, on-time service. He knows his stuff, tries hard to please, arrived early, is very concerned about slipping/falling on tile floors that abut the wet carpet, and provides special booties when walking on the newly-cleaned rugs along with abundant caution to be careful. A very nice, knowledgeable business professional.

They were really great! I called one day and was scheduled for two days later. Couldn't be happier with job done. He was on time (early really) and picked up after himself. There were no added or hidden cost.

I found Majic Carpet Cleaning here on Angie's list. He was fairly close to our home and had many excellent reviews posted by satisfied customers. Since it is a small owner/operator business I decided to give him a call. Habib gave me a quote over the phone for doing the area rugs, but because of the small size of the bathroom, he wasn't sure he could get his cleaning equipment in there to do a good job.
After agreeing to the rugs, Habib arrived promptly the next morning. He took a look at the bathroom tile and decided that he could go ahead and give it a try. He elected not to attempt the shower floor tile since we have a new frame-less shower door and he did not want to risk damaging it, which I respected.
The bathroom tile took two cleanings to completely rid the grout in the worst areas of built up dirt, but Habib stayed with it until a beautiful finish was achieved. He also cleaned the area rugs very professionally and had them looking like new again.
We're glad we found Majic Carpet Cleaners and will be sure to call on Habib to come back next time we have a need. Give him a call, you'll be glad you did!

Met with Jabib who was extremely nice, prompt, and professional. We were in the process of selling our 3/2 townhouse and needed to have the tile and carpets cleaned. Originally the price was $600 but without haggling, he was receptive to lowering the price to $400 as he could see that funds were a little tight. He did a great job and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Overall, the experience was excellent. I was worried about a chalk stain in my son's room, but Habib was able to get it out easily. I'm tired of calling on service professionals and not getting the service I want. Majic Carpet cleaning is a reputable company that does what it says its going to do.

When I spoke with him, he asked how many cushions there were and I told him two but that they were big couches. He said it doesn't matter because there are two cushions. When he came he said he should have charged more after he did the job but since he had quoted me a price he did honor the price he gave.

I've just used Majic Carpet Cleaning for the second time - and this experience was just as positive as the first. This gentleman arrives on time, is pleasant and courteous - and really knows what he is doing. He's a professional who seems to enjoy a challenge. My carpet takes a beating - and he gives extra time and attention to restoring trouble spots (at no extra charge). I will definitely use Majic Carpet Cleaning again.

I called Majic Carpet Cleaning because of the good reports I saw on Angie's List and I was not disappointed. This carpet is old and had been damaged by dogs and cats over several years. I really didn't expect much improvement. I just wanted to get through the holidays and then replace it. Mr. Habbi, as he likes to be called, gave me an estimate by phone. I had to call and reschedule twice and he did not complain. He arrived precisely on time, looked at every room, and told me exactly what he was going to do. He finished in just over an hour and I was astonished at the quality of his work. The carpet looks like new in most places. Even the very high traffic area that couldn't be made new now has just a shadow. I may actually wait a while before I replace the carpet. Mr. Habbi is professional, friendly and honest. His magnet is now on my refrigerator with those of the people I will always call for services.

Job went well. I called this company in to do my own home because of their performance on my aunt's. Habib was at all times friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from the first phone contact. I felt his pricing was extremely fair compared to others. He's great about giving prices over the phone or offering to "let's see what you have" if it's not a clear issue, such as whether he'd need to use a specific chemical on my area rugs to protect the multiple colors or not, which would impact the price. When he arrived and saw the rugs, he explained they would require the "special" chemical for which he charges $1.95/sq foot. He said he would do each for $45 which would come out to substantially less, and after he measured each, I was in fact saving A LOT. He was very instructive and emphatic about not walking on the rugs unless wearing the "booties" for shoes which he provided, not moving anything back until the following day, and taking EXTREME care when walking onto tile from the carpet.

Called in the morning and they worked me into the schedule that day. Gave me an hour window and they showed up 15 minutes into that hour. Very professional job, excellent service. Called one day later to check and see if I was satisfied. One thing I really appreciated was an up front cost, others services tell you one thing over the phone and charge you something different when they show up. Magic gave me a price over the phone that matched the price I was charged...excellent. You can't ask for more than we got, I would recommend this service to anyone.

I have been in the flooring business for 40 years, and he ranks among the top cleaners that I have used. Great job, great price, and nice experience.

He arrived quite early; did an excellent job! Very competent with nice manners. Volunteered to come back out if I found any spot he missed but that was not needed. Now that I have found this company, I cannot imagine ever using anyone else.

They did a really good job of cleaning my carpets. The man came when he said he would and was careful to ensure the carpets looked their best before he left. The price was a good one and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to others.

They did a fine job on the carpet. I was not pleased with the results on one of the area rugs after it had dried and gave them a call; they were out within the hour to redo it at no cost. I highly recommend them.

A quote was provided over the phone, and the final price was the same as the quote. He was on-time, courteous, and professional. The work did not take long, and it was performed well. Only the hoses were brought into the house. I had just purchased the house, and he offered suggestions and advice on other projects. Overall, this was a very good experience, and I would use this company again and recommend them to a friend.

I called and he answered phone immediately, I told him what I needed done and he gave me the price over the phone. We made the appointment and he showed up on time, he was very polite and tried very hard to get the stains on the stairs clean. He took his time and performed the work very well. I got his name off of Angie's List and he had been previously rated an A and I also give him in A for performance, timeliness and politeness.

Everything turned out fine. They were professional and prompt.

This company answered the phone on the first ring, was very efficient and courteous, was able to schedule me for the next day, showed up on time, did an excellent job, and was $150.00 cheaper than other companies I called for the same work! The dog smell was completely gone. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!
