locksmith
 + -1 more$95 was the price I was quoted over the phone. I was never given a break down for that price. when the guys got to my building and before the locksmith started to work, the building manager came by and said he had a duplicate key. the locksmith demanded the full service fee, $45 for service he didn't do. they said the break down for the $95 is $50 for the lock and $45 for the service to replace the lock. I wouldn't had a problem pay a $20 for coming to my apt for cancellation fee, but demanding the full service for doing nothing, is wrong.

 + -1 moreThe locksmith was professional, responsive, arrived quickly and open on Sundays which was convenient. We lost the keys for our padlock to our storage unit and needed it cut-off. He got the job done - the first time.
