$95 was the price I was quoted over the phone. I was never given a break down for that price. when the guys got to my building and before the locksmith started to work, the building manager came by and said he had a duplicate key. the locksmith demanded the full service fee, $45 for service he didn't do. they said the break down for the $95 is $50 for the lock and $45 for the service to replace the lock. I wouldn't had a problem pay a $20 for coming to my apt for cancellation fee, but demanding the full service for doing nothing, is wrong.

The locksmith was professional, responsive, arrived quickly and open on Sundays which was convenient. We lost the keys for our padlock to our storage unit and needed it cut-off. He got the job done - the first time.
