Peter Grenier, L&J's construction manager, is very thorough and knowledgable, and an apparent excellent carpenter by trade. Our project starter in the last half of February and moved right along thru mid-May. Then progress came to a screaching halt, subcontractors started calling me and knocking on my door complaining about non-payment. Some additional minor progress has occurred in the last tow months, but everytime I ask Mr. Grenier for his comprehensive plan to bring the projected to successful closure with all of the subs paid in full, he is non-responsive.
