Very professional and knowledgeable technician. We replaced the propane pool heater, salt system, circulating pump and pool light without any delay or complications. They were in and out quickly and we were quite pleased with every aspect of the service

Arrived at the scheduled time. Had the necessary parts on hand and explained each part that was replaced. Went over the entire unit and that made me very confident that my unit was in good shape. Also important to me was his great personality, and that's coming from a well seasoned home owner! The price for the repair was very reasonable.

We hired Kismet pool and patio to resurface and retile our 20 year old pool. This was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor in South Florida. Craig and his crew were professional, clean and orderly, reliable, and they did a fantastic job! There was constant communication and Craig personally stopped by to check the progress during each phase of construction. The pool is beautiful and we couldn t be happier! The owner Craig was extremely easy to work with when asking questions about the work being done. He was very informative and explained exactly how the pool would be resurfaced. They completed the pool resurfacing in the time frame and price quoted. Craig even moved up the resurfacing date, because I had a bad leak in the light housing and was losing an inch of water per day. He even patch the light housing and replace the bad pool light prior to resurfacing the pool without delaying the project. The pool looks great with the new surface and am very please with the new pool surface. They're honest and take pride in their work.
