Over the past 25 years, I’ve remodeled my entire home inside and out, and it’s rare to come across a company that delivers this level of workmanship, communication, and customer service. This was no small project — we were dealing with a cracked, sinking patio, invasive tree roots pushing through the coping and skimmer, water leaks, a fountain that needed attention, and a full resurfacing. The transformation is incredible — the before-and-after photos say it all. It’s rare these days to find a contractor in any industry who takes the time to do the job right, and Craig and his team at Kismet Pools absolutely did. Fabulous! I know, that word and pool companies do not go together, but in this case, it absolutely does. Called for an estimate, received an estimate in a timely, professional manner and format thank you, Craig and Catherine). We had some outlier work that could add to the end price, which was fully explained before work started, in the end the extra cost was fair. Work was scheduled, work was completed as promised, yard was never left in shambles between workdays (lasted 11 days), all employees were professional (special thank you to Geraldo!) and competent. Wish I could grade them higher than an A, absolutely excellent! Thank you, Kismet!
