Fabulous! I know, that word and pool companies do not go together, but in this case, it absolutely does. Called for an estimate, received an estimate in a timely, professional manner and format thank you, Craig and Catherine). We had some outlier work that could add to the end price, which was fully explained before work started, in the end the extra cost was fair. Work was scheduled, work was completed as promised, yard was never left in shambles between workdays (lasted 11 days), all employees were professional (special thank you to Geraldo!) and competent. Wish I could grade them higher than an A, absolutely excellent! Thank you, Kismet!
