Terrible ethics! I went to the store picked out a slab and provided a drawing. They put my name on the slab and I paid for it in full. They said it would be ready in 7-10 days. I went home and ripped out my counter to get ready for it. 2 days later I get an email that "our equipment broke and we are cancelling your order." Seriously! I bet you sold my slab to someone else. My invoice states "all sales are final" and this will be a problem.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Beware of this company as it has been two months since I paid for a full kitchen remodel and it is still incomplete. They take your money, continue to charge you more along the way, never show up to complete the work when they say they will, some of the cabinets arrived yellow and some where bright white and they told me “that’s just how they are”. Also, they were off on their measurements by 6inches on one whole side of my kitchen and then proceeded to tell me I needed to remove a wall in order for the cabinets to fit. No, this is not what I ordered or paid for. My sales person was Geovana and while she somewhat helped me, once they took my money they refused to fix their mistakes. I ended up taking a major loss and going to Euro Kitchen down the road and having them finish the job. Euro Kitchen has been GREAT! Please stay away from King of Kitchens. They will rip you off and you won’t have a kitchen for months. Take my word for it. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau as well. Many other reviews on here share my frustration. This company is a waste of your time.

We had the cabinets and counter tops installed but there were drawers that were damaged and some that didn't match the rest. The installer took the drawers with them and we have been waiting over a month and they are now not answering our calls. We are now having to take the time and spend the money to take them to court so any savings that this company may save you will be wasted in the time and effort of chasing them down to get things done. They are very unprofessional and they will absolutely never let you ever speak to a manager. Court it is. Do not use this company!!

Countertop and sink opening cut incorrectly. Company would not correct unless I paid for another countertop. I had to take legal action.

Ordered and paid for granite countertop. They came to the house about a week later to measure. When they came to install the countertop it was measured incorrectly and the opening for the sink was cut in the wrong place. They left with the granite countertop and would not accept any responsibility for their error. Also would not refund my money. It was a nightmare for over five months. I finally won through the legal system. But for five months all remodeling was on hold and all the legal hassle was a real pain. This company is at its third location and a third name. BEWARE!

It was excellent. They were clean and finished within 2 days which is great considering I have a large home.

It went very well. They did an excellent job and had a competitive price.

The overall experience was positive. I was able to go to their location and choose my actual slab of granite. They were timely and the installers were courteous. Their price was cheaper for an exotic, unusual slab of granite. They did not charge extra for any edge of my selection. They did an excellent job on the seams. The granite did crack shortly after the installation, which they did eventually fix.
