Kenny Brown Trapping

A few weeks ago I posted a message asking for recommendations for someone to remove some raccoons that were in my attic. Of all the recommendations, Kenny Brown (Wildlife Rescue) had the highest remarks so I called him to do the job. He said he would remove ALL 4 raccoons for $300. He asked that I paid him upfront which I did (big mistake!!). Kenny placed 2 traps and a couple of weeks later one baby raccoon was caught. Another week went by and nothing. He would show up whenever he felt like to set the traps again, then I would not see him for days. Last week I was traveling to Boston, and given that the traps had been there for days unarmed, I went and set them up myself. Yesterday another baby raccoon was caught and I texted Kenny to come pick the poor animal. His response was totally inappropriate with curse words in it. Somehow this guy thinks setting up a trap is rocket scientist material!!! He was upset that I had set the traps myself instead of calling him to do it. If anything, I did him a favor and as a bonus my actions helped catch another one. Besides being rude and disrespectful, what really ****** me off was the way he treated the poor animal when he came to pick him up! He hauled the cage with anger not caring for a second there was a defenseless animal in it!! He told me he was going to pick up the traps and that his work was done. I have attached the text messages he sent me so you can see what kind of person he is. Bottom line: I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GUY TO ANYBODY!!!
