+ -1 moreJoe is a real pleasure to work with; he knows his stuff and he works fast. Always on time, usually early. There have been a few optional projects that I have brought up to him to ask his opinion and he will tell me if he doesn't think its a good investment, so I know that he is looking out for his customers. I highly recommend working with Joe and JW Electric of the Palm Beaches.
Description of Work: I have worked with Joe at JW Electric for the past 3 years on about a dozen different projects on my home in Lake Worth. The projects have ranged from small outlet and light switch jobs, to exterior light installations, to a gut renovation of a master bedroom for which Joe installed 10 new recessed lighting fixtures, a ceiling fan and wiring for a new split air conditioner.

+ -1 moreThe lights and fan in our kitchen and dining area would not come on at all. The electrician repaired a wire in the light switch and said to call him if there were any problems with it again. A couple of weeks later, the fan light and kitchen lights didn't come on at all and the lights in the dining area only come on very dimly. I called the electrician and told him what was going on. We made an appointment for Saturday that he did not keep and he didn't call.
Description of Work: Repaired a wire in a wall light switch.

Description of Work: Although JW Electric was not selected for the project, I found the company exceptionally prompt in responding to a request for a bid. I appreciated that the number of subprojects were difficult to estimate, and found the advice that the subprojects could lead to a number of issues that could be hidden and therefore lead more than an estimate would cover.
