JOE GRAY'S FLOORING

Overall, there were issues with the company.  While the quality of the floor was fair at best, and the baseboard was only fair.  There were several areas that he should have communicated about from the company including not finishing the baseboard with caulk, and a height differential between the tile floor and the room, where there is a bit of a separation and the floor bounces.  There were issues with equipment during the day, and while he kept saying it was an electrical issue in the house, it turned out to be his brand new equipment that did not work. After delays in getting the equipment, the work was finish quickly. but incomplete.

After the job, i noticed that the company had taken, by mistake, a couple of pieces of my tools.  After speaking with the owner, he said he would return them.  After several weeks, and as of this writing, they have not been returned. 

Company never returned the equipment take, job quality was poor. 

They put down a floor for me and at a quick turn around too becuase I had to get ahold of them when I found out that the task was too large for myself. I found them on Angie's List and they were out the next day. They did a fantastic job and knocked it out for me. I manage the house when the people are out of town and I happened to be out in the garage and thinking "man this is a beautiful job!" I would definately use them again.

He did a very nice job and I was very pleased with his service. He was good. He did everything I needed and when I needed it done which was really important because I got him at the last minute. I would rate him high overall. The quality of work was excellent and he did an excellent job. He and his workers were very helpful, were courteous, took care of everything and cleaned up everything by themselves. They did everything right.
