Healthier Indoor Air

They call me and offer me a beautiful landscaping with new grass and new flowes. he even send me some pictures of his work. I liked the pictures and agree to use thier service. he told me that it was going to be $1275.00 I told he that it was a little high but he said that he will add more flowers. At this time he asked me for a deposit of $750.00 and I gave it to him by Zelle. they where supost to trim the bushes, take all the old plants out and relocated and add more color flowes re-do a stone walk way and put stone around the plants-flowers. when they arrive the onwer brought 3 man and told them what to do and left. 4hrs later nothing was done so I walked out and ask them what was the problem? they responded we do not know what plants to take out. so I started to tell them what to do around 5 pm the owner comes back and I was allready upset. I told him that I was not likeing his work. So he then asked me for the rest off the money so he can go and buy the grass and the flowers. this was at 10 am. they came back around 5pm with only the grass I ask him where was the flowers he said he will bring them the next day. they throw the grass in 1 part of the garder and they did not trim or landscape the grass. after they did that he said that he will come back the next day to finish the work. WELL THIS IS THE TIME I AM STILL WAITING !!! I text him the next day and he text me back saying that his father was in the hospital. and after that no more respond.

Very sad... I could give them a 0... owner Roger Mesa came and I a good job cleaning vents and sanitizing with paint some ducts... or at least that what I thought. 4 months later the whole he cut and patched for cleaning poped out open because the patching closing was not well done. I called him and asked me to wait 4 days to come to fix it when I have a 10 months old baby in the house. I would not recommend this contractor, poor cratmanship and but the killer was slow turnaround to fix his mistakes.

They came and worked on the dryer and left. The dryer however operated no better, still took way (way) too long to dry so I figured that the dryer was bad. My daughter could dry clothes at a neighbor's condo and I was travelling so I didn't go any farther with it. I decided to check the dryer before getting a new one and the heat seemed OK, it was plenty hot. I then went to check the dryer vent connection going out the wall and when I pulled off the hose and looked into the pipe (the pipe is about a foot long going out the wall) I couldn't see any light. There was a "cage" on my end of the pipe and after I pulled it out I started to pull out a TON of material. The material was bird nest material along with feathers. The cage was put in the pipe a couple of years ago because the flap on the dryer vent on the outside of the wall broke and birds were coming into the pipe and building a nest. The condo is on the 4th floor so you cannot get to the dryer vent to replace it. I took a picture (attached) of the debris I pulled out. Once cleaned, the dryer works as it should. I called the company to tell them that obviously the pipe wasn't cleaned out which I'm sure was simply a mistake by the technician but the owner of the company refused to believe that it was possible his technician could have not cleaned the pipe. I also told the owner that the cage was in the pipe and he said that the cages are fire hazards and should not be used. So you would think that if the technician found that cage he would have at least made mention to my daughter about it and would NOT have inserted it back into the pipe knowing it could cause a fire? The cage still being inside the pipe was further proof that the pipe was never cleaned. I asked the owner for a refund - and he refused. It's undeniably obvious the pipe wasn't touched, yet the owner says his guy cleaned it. A picture is worth So for $50 and his refusal to issue a refund - he gets this write up. We all make mistakes, but he refused to admit that it's possible his technician made a mistake. Find another company to clean your vents!

They're really wonderful. They should be with you if they're not. They're very neat. I was a little afraid once they started blowing stuff around that everything would be dusty but they laid all the cloths they had to and covered anything that could get soiled and they were very neat, very nice men.

Excellent, spoke with Roger over the phone and he explained all options to me without upselling.  We arranged a convenient time and he called 30 minutes beforehand and arrived ontime with two other guys.  They removed all the air vents, cleaned, vacuumed and left no mess and no missing screws.  Whilst he was there we talked about the dryer and he gave me a good price on cleaning the vent for this too.  Although an expensive exercise his price seemed to match other similar vendors but was the nicest person and his guys were polite and clean and despite some noise from the vacuum I was able to work whilst they worked which is sometimes harder for me to not worry what people in my house are doing.
Wouldn't hesitate to have him back or recommend to others wanting their air vents cleaned.

Great experience. Roger was recommended by another contractor and I called him to clean the dryer vent because the dryer didn't work properly anymore. Called the office, Heidi gave me an appointment for the next day and Roger came on time, cleaned the air duct and even replaced the cracked old vent without extra charge.
Very professional and will use them again and certainly recommend them to friends.
