A Message from the Owner: I'm Glendon the owner of Guardian Computer Services. I move from England in 1990 and have spent the last 34 years here in beautiful South Florida with my wife of 29 years and my two daughters. I started geeking out on computers when I was 12 back in 1985 with a Commodore 64 and have never stopped since. I'm a Microsoft Certified System Engineer, A+ Certified and have a degree in Computer and Network Technology. Terrific! I have used Guardian for years when residing in Wellington, FL. I moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas 10 months ago, and I still call on Guardian for problem solving. I permitted Glen to work on my desktop remotely, because I trust him. He cleaned up my software, so that my desktop is running like a swiss watch. He's the best Windows problem solver I have ever used. I will continue to use Guardian, even in Arkansas.

I work from home as freelance writer/editor. On the day I moved, my modem was not working at new location. Glen came that same day, in the middle of COVID-19, and got me linked into a wifi hotspot (because Xfinity screwed up and had to deliver a new modem next day). He also got my tv activated and properly set up. I really appreciated his quick response. When it's time to upgrade my computer (soon), I will certainly call him to take care of everything.

Glen was a pleasure to deal with. Professional in every respect, prompt and courteous. As my issue was sudden, time sensitive and occurred during the Thanksgiving Holiday, Glen recognized the urgency and was most accommodating in scheduling the appointment. He even provided me with several recommendations on my new PC purchase, having taken into consideration my usage patterns. On the appointment date, Glen offered to come several hours earlier but that wasn't feasible for me. Nonetheless, he arrived to my home early and promptly affected the data transfer and setup my new PC, which has been working flawlessly ever since. Would definitely hire Glen again and recommend to friends and family.

Great! Glen was extremely responsive on the phone, and we booked an appointment for the very next day for 3:00. He called the next day and said he could come earlier. We agreed on 2:15, and he arrived at 2:15. I called him because 1. He's local. 2. He has a broad range of experience in technical devices and issues. 3. He's well qualified and experienced in both Microsoft and Apple which was important to me because I had purchased Microsoft 365 for the iPad and loaded it, but still had some "loose ends" to clear up with it; i.e. many questions. (Hint: Write down as many questions as you can think of before he arrives, and take good notes.) 4. He has great reviews. 5. He was very professional, has a great personality, and his training is very intense. ///// I wanted one-on-one hands-on training. I don't learn well by watching a computer instructor while they talk. Classroom instruction is too slow and I needed to get up to speed quickly in using Powerpoint on the tablet. And phone instruction is too limited. His training isn't "canned" or slow, and he answers the questions as fast as you can throw them out. It was an intense 90 minutes, but he is also a good listener and patient. And sometimes the answers determine what unexpected or new directions you choose to go in depending on your personal priorities for using your device. /// The next time I need assistance with any digital devices I'll be calling Glen again, and highly recommend him. (He accepts credit cards, checks, and cash.) ~~~
