They were on time, responsive and thorough. We have used them many times over the past 5 years.

It went perfectly. We have been using Green Lawn for many a few years now. Every time we have problems with our sprinklers, they are the one we always call. This time we called on Tuesday and Jeff came out on the same day. It turned out the pump was broken and he didn't have one on hand. He said William would come back the next day between 8am-9am. William showed up at 8:15, replaced the pump, checked all the heads, replaced the broken ones and adjusted all the existing ones. All done before 1:00 like he said. Very satisfied.

I spoke to Bob vail and made an appt 2-wks in advance for an additional zone to be added to existing system. However, I felt motivated the following weekend to do the work myself, but was left with an issue. When I called Bob to cancel the appt he understood and actually took the time to talk through the issue and point me in the right direction. His advise was spot on an I appreciate the way he handled not only the loss of the job but going out of his way anyway to help. Very professional and friendly and if I need work done in the future, I'll call Bob!

Bob came out a day after we called him, gave us estimate and came back the following day first thing in the morning and started the job. It took most of the day but the replaced 7 rotors, moved two of the sprinklers so now our front yard get better water coverage. We definitely would use Green Lawn again and highly recommend them.

No issues all went well

They did first rate work! They did the work they promised, when they said it would be done with outstanding results. I highly recommend them for any and all irrigation jobs and have recommended them to all my neighbors and friends.

Perfect. Christian was the technician. He explained the problems I was having, and he fixed them!!! He replaced 2 rotors, adjusted sprinkler heads, cleaned out the zone valve, checked the overall system. He noticed I was skipping an entire zone with misters, and he addressed this issue, too. Excellent customer service skills. Very polite.

Great bunch of guys! It all began with a friendly phone call from Jeff. Eric and Christian came to my home with big handshakes and willingness to teach me about my irrigation system. Everyone was truly professional and very friendly. They briefed me on this particular system and then performed troubleshooting where they found that three of the four zones had line breaks. All were repaired. Eric ensured that the timing device was up to speed and was functioning properly, and that all zones were also performing as they should. If you are in need of a first class company, these are your guys. Thanks a lot gentlemen!

Jeff is professional, reliable, friendly, and willing to work with you to find the best and most affordable solution to a problem. My experience with Green Lawn Sprinklers was one of the few times that I've felt completely comfortable trusting the advice that I was given to resolve my issue. He gave me a price and he stuck to it; no pressure to upsell me for service or products I don't need right now. When I asked how to upgrade my 28-yr old lawn irrigation system to be more functional, he gave me suggestions to think about for the future. His assistant, Christian, was polite and friendly, too. I will definitely call Green Lawn Sprinklers again and I will be happy to refer them to my friends and neighbors.

Denver and Christian were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Also, once they completed what we had originally agreed upon, we discussed some additional work, which they agreeably performed. Finally, the initial price and the price with my additional requests both seemed fair and reasonable.

I called on a Wednesday afternoon and the owner called me back promptly the next morning. Made an appointment for first thing the following Monday morning. Denver came out and checked / tested the entire system and found that 3 of the heads needed to be replaced, and replaced them accordingly. He was courteous and answered all my questions about maintaining the system and showed me how to adjust the rotor heads and mister heads. I've run the sprinklers several times since the 'tune-up' and everything is still working fine. I will certainly call them again if I need anything in the future.
