Garabar Roofing

I have lived in my home for almost 25 years and unfortunately it was time to replace my roof. I’m originally from the north so a roof replacement was not nearly as expensive as in Florida due to the type of roof. I contacted close to a dozen roofing companies and received quotes from them all. I knew I had to make the decision but was putting it off as long as I could I just didn’t feel good about it. This for my wife and I was a major purchase the largest outside the purchase of our home itself. I finally decided to go with the company I felt ok about not just price but overall. Then a neighbor a few doors down was getting there roof removed so for a few days I watched the worker. I wanted to see if they cleaned out and how well it looked. In a 24 hour they had the roof torn off and cleaned up like they were never there. A few days later an army of workers came to put on the new roof. In less than 48 hours it was done. I spoke to the neighbors about the company and asked for their information. that’s the first time I met Raphael he came into my home. We had a great conversation. He explained the process with no pressure and he did explain that the tile that we would like to have installed it could take up to nine months because of the back log. My wife and I felt immediately this was the company we wanted. We signed the contract the next day. We were introduced to young lady named Jessica. Jessica was awesome from the start. She was going to be our contact through the entire project. Jessica, on a timely manner would call me about once a month to just let me know we are still on schedule. About 60 days out she said we are getting close and narrowed the date and continued to call but more frequent. Weeks before she would call and follow up with emails about the process in more detail. When Jessica called and said they would be there on Monday at 8am We were thrilled and when they showed up on time and how they worked we were relieved we picked the best company. We did not have any leaks in our home so we didn’t expect to have and boards replaced. That was not the case. After they tore off the roof you could clearly see we replaced the room just in time. We live in a community that about 25 years old and it’s time for everyone to replace there roof. When I talk to neighbors about my experience with our company in many cases is totally different than the experience they’re having with theirs. I receive calls on a monthly basis and in many cases our neighbors can’t get anybody to call them back when they try to call. As I mentioned before this was a huge purchase for my Wife and I and we couldn’t be happier that we picked Garabar. Even when we thought they were done I would receive a call from Jessica letting us know that the guys are coming in the paint. Next call a few days later letting us know they were sending a supervisor out to take one final look before they call in for final inspection. After the final inspection was complete, they sent out another supervisor to again take one more final look after the inspection passed. The thing I can say about Garabar is I also felt like they cared and I never felt it was just another roof to them. I hope I never have to replace my roof again and at my age I probably won’t have to but if I did Jessica and Raphael would be my first call.
