The new cement tile roof is beautiful. The crew was neat, efficient,Careful. No damage during tear off, no mess, they were amazing! Tom answered every question and was there constantly. The office staff got all the paperwork correct. This was the best experience we could have hoped for. The estimate was accurate, tear off to tile in less than two weeks. So careful and neat. Totally satisfied.

We had a blue tarp over our roof that our HOA was starting to fine us on, and when we contacted Garabar they came out quickly to access the damage and within a week the leak was fixed. The sales person, Tom Scarp, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with... I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Tom from Garabar got on our second story and gave an estimate for an $1,800 roof repair. The work was completed in a week and they provided before & after photos. We are very satisfied. This was after another roofer came out, did not get on the second story and gave us a $14,000 estimate! We called Garabar because of many other positive reviews we found online.

We had a small leak over our garage and called Garabar based on Angie’s list reviews. The roofers came out and fixed the problem quickly. When we noticed there was still a small leak (after the next storm that hit) they returned promptly and fixed the leak for good. I also appreciate the warranty on the work, which makes me confident we won’t experience a leak in the same place again.

Only company that we found to be ready to go as soon as we closed on the house. Completed job quickly and professionally. Price was not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Cleaned up and satisfied customer complaint quickly and efficiently. Noticed a leak after first rain and Garabar showed up the next day to make a temporary repair to the flashing. Not the greatest repair so they were back after the next rain to review and professionally said that they repaired the problem but a permanent repair was recommended. They accomplished the permanent repair at no additional cost.

My roof was leaking and by the time I noticed it, I definitely had some mold issues. Garabar truck was here before I hung up the phone (nearly). When the guys took a look they gave me confidence that it was a quick fix and would not require mold remediation (phew). They patched the roof leak and dried out the moisture. Garabar was hired to repair the metal roof in our building. Garabar's prices were fair and they were informative in what issues my roof were having. They were quick to come to the office and provide us with a price quote. They were also accommodating as they agreed to work on our roof during the weekend as to not disturb my business hours. Garabar did a terrific job replacing our roof. We ordered the tile a few months ahead to avoid the potential tile delays. The weather was excellent so the job took only 3 weeks from beginning to end. Everyone on the crew was extremely professional, arriving promptly every day at 8 am and, except for a brief lunch break, working right though the day until after 5PM. They were all very careful about protecting our driveway, pool area and shrubs of nails and other debris and cleaned up at the end of every day. The office staff was accessible as well, answering any questions we had. After the roof was done, Garabar's painting and stucco crew led by Andre painted the entire house. They were also professional and did a great job. We would definitely recommend Garabar.
