On the tile he left a grout haze over the entire floor. Grout is missing from many tiles and many are butted up against each other. There are uneven grout line as well throughout the home. The ceilings are poorly repaired where they removed popcorn. Electric outlets were left open. The fan was left hanging. Electric was not working in bedroom and hall, and it took about 3-4 weeks to send an electrician out. Door by washer is noticeably chipped. The door that covers the AC is off alignment and has no handle and was installed incorrectly. The light in the master closet is missing, and the some of the shelving/product I had purchased for closets were missing. I was told that Lowe's had re-rung the purchase when he picked it up and some merchandise had not been paid for. However, I was present at time of purchase and Lowe's told me that they would have never re-rung the order. The laminate wood is poorly laid with a white substance showing between planks. There is paint splatter on the floors which is very noticeable on the dark wood. There was also a chip in the laminate and poorly glued saddle. There are chips and scratches in my sliding glass doors. There was debris left on patio and door tracks. The dishwasher was install asymmetrically and cannot be lifted from its position. There is a panel missing from the side of the dishwasher. Cement pieces were left under the dishwasher and the cabinet, and also between the compactor and the wall. Nails are sticking out of the wood panel next to compactor. There is a chip in the marble in the master bath, where he installed a handle. They left with only 1 coat of paint on the walls, and there are paint remains where they didn't tape properly and he left globs of paint on doors. Baseboards are not mitered properly, and a whole piece of that was left in the weather and where damaged. The extra tiles I purchased were left on the outside patio in the weather, while they could easily left on the inside of patio. Light switches were put in upside down. He took down the old shelves and he didn't back correctly. There was paint on my refrigerator and tub. There chips in floors all over my home and paint everywhere. There was wallpaper left when it was supposed to have been removed. There are black marks that will not come off on some tiles. The fire alarm was painted over causing me to have to replace it. They broke the fan for the patio and had thrown away the box so I couldn't return it. I have leaks under sinks as well. The toilet was also broken. I know everything worked prior, cause I had an inspection right before he started. I feel like he must have sent out different employees to do this work and never checked. I had even seen his previous work which was amazing work, but it was a much larger project that he showed me and he had obviously overseen that job. I brought up that he never checked the work and was told that he was waiting on me to be there. Never came out and when he responded "what else needs to be done so I can collect the remaining $1000." Upon 2 additional emails he has yet to respond to make an appointment.

This project was a complete nightmare.  Angie's list should take this company off of their list so no one has to go through what I did.  Once they demolished the bathroom, we could never count on when they would show up again.  
1) During the demo, they threw everything out the bathroom window.  
2)They broke the window, window screen and damaged the outside window sill which I have since repaired and painted.  
3)They did not haul the debris away until I called them to do so.  
4)They cut the porcelain tile with a rusty, dull saw blade and chipped most of the tile.  I had to buy more tile to have them redo the job - which still was not done right.  Spend hundreds more in replacement tiles.
5)The drop in bathtub was not stabilized properly.  There was no support under tub and when you stood in it, the edges buckled and cracked the grout.  My husband removed the tub and installed it properly with support underneath. 
 
6)The tile in the shower is poorly done and shoddy.  
 
7)Roberto disappeared for three weeks and I was not able to contact him. 
8)He hired tile people whom he didn't know their work and it was awful.  Multiple crews were brought in to do one tile job.  Lots of money and lots of wasted tile.
9)Some days and weeks no one showed up and conveniently, Roberto's mailbox was almost always full.  
10)They cut the door frames too high above the tile and I had to buy new door frames.  
11)The shower niche has loose tiles.  
12)The glass tiles are not lined up and are not symmetric. 
13)They drilled holes in the back or our very expensive cabinets that did not line up with the plumbing -  gaping holes in the wood cabinet backs.  
14)They were messy and did not put back up the plastic screens to reduce dust around the house.
15)They left broken tiles, buckets, cigarette buts and debris outside for days on end.
16)Their car broke down and was up on blocks in my driveway for several days until they could get a spare.
17)They never cut the toilet screws lower so that the caps could fit on.
18) The job took over five months to complete.
19) Roberto had no idea people were not showing up and it was up to me to let him know when people didn't show.
20) Was told people were on their way, never showed.
21)His crew does not care, no attention to detail, sloppy and shoddy.  "Like bulls in a china shop".
22) They chipped the paint on the newly painted walls.
23)There is dried concrete and thin set on my paver bricks outside my front door and on the driveway.
24) They broke the handle on my front door.  Yes they did reinstall the new one I had to buy for $119.
25) They installed the plumbing for the bathtub faucet too low and tiled around it.  The faucet could not be installed.  It took four weeks for them to figure out a re-work.  Ended up removing the bathtub and scratching it to get to the plumbing.
COMPLETE NIGHTMARE

Once the demo was done, I could not get an alternate contractor to take over the job.   Buyer beware.  The company name may change but make sure you do not do work with Roberto Villanueva.  I checked out a job he did in Broken Sound.  I think he just did the tile work and was not the GC.
