The company arrived with a wrong sized window. The installer took 11 hours to complete the installation. He slapped plaster on, didn't smooth it at all. He left the house full of dust, and the plastered area surrounding the new window was uneven and rough. Not ready for painting. When I asked for a partial refund (to cover the additional cost for paying to prepare the area for painting) the company refused. They said they had measured correctly, and ordered the right sized window per the contract. If this was so, their installer should have been able to complete the installation easily, with no modification to the opening.
