The door was to be installed by Anthony, from the door and window department, and we found him, quite frankly, to be fraudulent and misleading. We ordered and paid for a new door. He needed to apply for and send specifications to be approved the permit department in our town, which he said he did. We were told that it was approved, and then we ordered the door in September. It is now March and it is still not installed. He lied and lied and lied about why it wasn't installed and we canceled the order. Later, we found out that he never applied for the permit, and never ordered the door. Fortunately, because of someone else in the fencing department, we were able to get a refund, but it was not easy at all.

The fence department is excellent. Rick is also excellent, and also stepped in and helped us fix an unrelated situation. The quality of the fence, is great and the project went well from start to finish.
