The gentleman Glen that I spoke of, I took my Honda Accord and that's who I dealt with the second time because I had taken my Civic prior to that to get the tires rotated and balanced. I had taken my wife's car and I said I would like to get it rotated and he said do you want to balance it. I said the vehicle has 17,000 miles on it, he said no you don't want to do the balancing he said at this point its not really gonna make a change and I said yeah because I believe they wearing evenly and he looked at it said yeah they're wearing evenly so I wouldn't recommend doing the balancing. At least I know he's pretty honest. They were Firestone tires, they rotated them for free.At the dealership they'll charge you for it. I don't think a lot of people realize that if they're Firestone tires you can take it back to the stores and they'll do it for free. The service manager Glen is knowledgeable and forthright. I waited probably for about an hour, they ask you if you're waiting for it. The facility is nice, nice waiting room with a TV. They have WiFi.

I had taken the car to the dealership to get the oil change done and they always do a courtesy inspection of the whole vehicle. Told me my tires were fine, they asked me if I wanted them rotated, I said no because I take it to Firestone and they do it for free. It was my daughters car, she was down from college. Then immediately I had an appointment with Firestone. So I went to Firestone, told them i want the lifetime rotation and balance that I had paid for early so they went and did it. They came back and they told me that I needed an alignment on the car and the car has 16,000 miles on it and they told me that the tires were not wearing evenly. I said well its my daughters car and the gentleman said whatever she's doing she's wearing the tires. I'm thinking to myself, the printout the dealership given me on he multi-inspection had on there the tires were fine and I threw that away. So I didn't say anything to guy at Firestone, I said nah I'm not going to do the alignment, the lease is up next September so just do the lifetime rotation and balancing. I went out after it was done, looked at the tires, and put my hand across them and they were wearing evenly. All they were trying to do was get some extra money out of me.I didn't have a cost and that's probably what they're problem was, they weren't making any money out of it and I noticed they were kind of slow because they weren't too busy. What grade would I give overall for being dishonest? I went out checked to make sure the valve stem covers are put on, make sure they're tight. I went on one of them and I was tightening it up and it wouldn't tighten up so I ended up taking it off, here's the thing it was cracked all the way down. So it wasn't going to be able to tighten up and instead of replacing it they just put it back on. I went and asked for another one so I was able to put it on. So for service, I'll give them an F.I don't like being taken advantage of and now I know why my wife does not like taking the car to get serviced she rather let I do it. I don't think that's being very professional when you're trying to take an advantage of somebody. They didn't replace the valve stem cover, there's no charge on that. When I went and asked for one, the guy gave me a whole valve stem and he said just take the cap off that and throw the whole valve stem away.I had made an appointment ahead of time. I was able to get a time I wanted. I have to only because that's where I pay for the service. I make sure I don't go to that service person. There's a guy in there his name is Glen, I'll stick with him.

I have been going there for years. I usually get the same gentlemen that handles my car, Julio. I like him very much. I always use them.

I ended up getting a free oil change, because they needed to take the oil out anyways. They were like you will be good till the next one. It was nothing to expensive. I keep going back because of their service. They guys that work in the front are great. In fact, not to long ago I had an issue with my transmission and they recommend a transmission guy who was just great. At first I went to the dealer and they said that I needed a replacement and Firestone recommend a third party. That guy was wonderful. He was just like "You need a sensor. It's going to be like $250. You don't need a complete new transmission."
  I have been going there for a long time. They are very honest and they do a great job on my car. On a couple occasions, they drove me home from the dealership because I live right around the corner. They are wonderful. I am not going to change them, unless the staff changes. I am very happy.

I've had everything done, like oil change, alignment, new tires, the whole shebang.

They're just impeccable all the time. It's a great place. I've been going there for years, it's wonderful service. The store manager is Dave. Every time I see Dave, no matter what problem my car has, I'm always going to get great service. I've been using them for years and they've never let me down.
